Q: I have used three of these lancet devices this year. They keep breaking. Is there a better one . We really should not have to pay for these.

This was the first time I had broken one in 2 years. They had fast shipping and are a personal based company. I’ve never had any other issues with the company or their lancet device.

Q: My lancet free style pen broke after six weeks use of one test per day. Can I get a free replacement?

Purchased a second one when the first one broke after five years. Recommend talking to your doctor about getting a no cost replacement.
