Great Product
Wife loves these and helps her fall asleep. She only takes one about 20 minutes before going to bed and it helps her stay asleep! She also mentioned the taste is great. She also mentions she does not feel sleepy when she wakes up.

Knocks me out!!
Okay, this knocks me out! It takes 10-15 minutes for it to start working but it keeps me asleep for the WHOLE night. It kept me in a deep sleep and I don't wake up drowsy. Very nice and tastes good.

Really impressed
I gave it a week before writing a review, and I will say these are impressive. They're light; they don't knock me out but they help me get deep sleep, even if it's taking one at bed time and/or middle of the night when I can't sleep. No morning grogginess, which is shocking! They're a pleasant light taste AND not too gummy (this is not the kind that gets stuck in your teeth). Really impressed with this product! Very happy I tired. Highly recommend.

Gummies work; in a different way, flavor is good.
I'm not sure about the Time Release claim... To stay asleep I have to cut them in half.... Take half at 9:00pm and the other at 1:00am That's just me.

May work for you, but not everyone.
I won’t bash this product. I do have ADHD, plus other insomnia issues. It has worked better for my girl versus myself. My metabolism burns through the time release too fast and does not last long for me. But I at least start a sleep for 4-5 hours. Easy to eat being chewable.
