The kite is pretty big. And it’s very pretty, seems sturdy. Edu easy to assembly. My daughter is three and she can fly it on her own! Would recommend.

So there I was, stranded on the rocky shore, the wind whippin’ through me hair and the salt stingin’ me eyes. The crew was restless, the children wild, and the sky called out for adventure. That’s when we unfurled the mighty beast—the dragon kite, red as a cannon blast and fierce as a sea serpent. But the real tale came at day’s end. As the sun dipped low and the sea turned to gold, we began reelin’ her in. That’s when Grandpa—bless his barnacled fingers—dropped the lead line. The dragon, feelin’ the freedom of the open sky, took off like a cannonball fired from the heavens. She flew straight out over the waves, at least 8 miles by me reckonin’, her tail dancin’ like fire on the horizon. A wee child stood on the beach, tears streamin’ down his cheeks, watchin’ his beloved kite vanish into the vast distance of the bright blue sky and the briny deep. And there we were, mouths agape, hearts torn between awe and sorrow, knowin’ we’d witnessed a flight so bold it’d make even the fiercest pirate weep. So aye, this dragon kite be no mere toy—it’s a legend in cloth and string. If ye seek wonder, wild skies, and tales to tell, hoist this beast and let her fly.

A little more lightweight than expected, so it took a little more than we planned to get it in the air and a bit more difficult to control. Otherwise it was okay.

Assembly was easy, getting it in the air was easy, keeping it flying was easy and fun!! Very happy with the purchase

We almost gave up on these beauties but I’m so glad we didn’t. It took awhile to get them up in the air, in part due to wind factor and also one was due to user error. One slight adjustment to the 2nd kite made the difference. Make sure the red notch that says “front” is pointing outward so you can read the word. The kids got the kites up as far as the string would go. We bought the purple dragon and red dragon. They are really sturdy as well. This was a priceless experience that my family will never forget!

Takes a couple minutes to assemble. Easy to fly with a good wind. The tails are super long so it's a bit ungainly to get started. But once airborne it's so beautiful. Forget trying to get it back in the pouch. Just get a simple carrybag or backpack. Good fun.

We used this as a bird scarer and boy did it work! Within seconds of it going up our Merello Cherry tree was emptyied of birds.
