DISASTROUS PURCHASE - DAMAGED AND POOR-QUALITY CHAIRS!
Disastrous Purchase - Damaged and Poor-Quality Chairs! I recently made the mistake of purchasing chairs from Amazon. It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The chairs arrived in a sorry state packed in just plastic rugged bags - damaged and looking like they've been through a war zone. To begin with, the packaging was completely inadequate for protecting the chairs during transit. The plastic bags were beaten up and looked like they had been tossed around like toys. It was evident that the chairs inside would have taken quite a beating. Lo and behold, upon opening the plastic bags, my fears were confirmed. Scratches, dents, and chips were visible on multiple parts of the chairs. But that wasn't even the worst part. The quality of these chairs is downright appalling. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy as if they would crumble under the slightest pressure. They have rust in their screw joints the seats are mostly damaged, causing an uncomfortable sitting and appearance experience. The backrests felt wobbly, and I’m terrified that they might break any moment. Even though I have tried reaching out to the customer support team, (not the first time) the experience was equally disappointing (their return product and later refund policy makes clients suffer and crucified for Amazon.ae vendors). They were unhelpful, apart from an actioned apology and indifference. The customer care personnel seemed completely disinterested in resolving my issues and didn't offer support to quickly respond any time compensation for the damaged and poorly constructed chairs. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a waste of money this purchase has been. I regret the trust of previous reviews; I feel they are unrealistic reviews and wasted time I took doing more research and reading reviews before making this purchase. In conclusion, stay far away from these chairs and this retailer. Save your money, time, and sanity by investing in quality products from reputable sellers. I am utterly dissatisfied with this purchase, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others not to fall victim to the same dreadful experience.
