This is my go to hydration powder. I get the best results from BUM. I've compared to others and have been using electrolyte powders for over 25 years. My only complaint was when I received the package both boxes where already open although each had 20 packets in it I could tell it wasn't from shipping. I love this stuff! Ever since I started buying this stuff, I simply order water, at restaurants, and add one pack of the stuff, along with a lemon wedge, when I go out to eat, and I’m good to go! I no longer feel the need to order and pay for Other beverages!
