I've no idea if it's great for pens as originally sold but for art brushes ...
I've used these to clip onto my desk organiser to hold my acrylic and gel nail brushes. They work really well, all my brushes fit no problem.. I've no idea if it's great for pens as originally sold but for art brushes on a desk organiser it works a great

Falls off, doesn’t stay on the pocket.
Very disappointed. Falls off the pocket straight away. Don’t buy waste of money
