Great product. Very concentrated. Someone suggested placing in zip of hot water with some cinnamon and honey to offset the taste. It's worth it for how amazing you feel.

I am 75 years old, and I have been using ginseng extract from another brand for years. However, I decided to try a competing brand and failed to read the fine print which contains 50% Ginseng Extract, and 50% sugared syrups in order to offset the bitter taste. This information was not disclosed when I purchased the product. Furthermore, this product cannot be returned. This company may have been around for a long time, but they need to be more transparent about the ingredients.

this was ordered for my mom, she likes this brand and swears by the benefit with ginseng.

I am going to buy this product again, but it really is not so good what this seller is doing. It is not at all the fault of the manufacturer, it is the fault of the seller. You see, as some people have complained, the label says "mild" and this has a meaning which is no-where to be found in the advertisement. If you read the pamphlet that comes with the ginseng, you will discover that this formulation is cut with honey and other ingredients. That doesn't mean it is bad, but the buyer should be aware of this when making their purchase.

My husband said it isn't bad, and giving him some energy compare to other similar products. He tried to drinkable, pills, jelly and other form of red ginseng. He said this one is the best.

The outer seal was not broken, but when I opened the cap, the inner plastic cover was not securely pressed down and the syrup leaked out, staining the inside of the cap. Not sure whether this has been tempered or , if not, the freshness of the content. I missed the return window. Given the name brand, I'm disappointed with the quality control.

The box and bottle identified this product as MILD which one would never know from looking at the photo online. The taste is different from previous bottles I have ordered. I think it is a thinned down version with sweeteners.
