Ambika Appalam (Papad)

Ready-to-fry Madras style papads made of urad dal flour. A must with dal curry and rice or traditional thali meals. Try also as a crunchy appetizer with pickles or the tangy South Indian rasam. For quick, oil free, crunchy papads, microwave them for about 2 minutes.
