Works well with Space mouse
Perfect, easy set up, works incredibly well with the space mouse.

allows me to use a wireless space, mouse and CAD mouse
I didn't want to have to buy this because I used to root my wireless CAD mouse and space mouse through the 3D connections keyboard. The keyboard got a sticky key that could not be repaired so I bought this dongle. It was easy to set up and works as intended. My only niggle with the product is that The CAD mouse becomes operative a few seconds after Windows has booted up.

Convenience? no!.
If like myself you are thinking of buying this so that you can leave it in, let us say your laptop while you leave the original that came with the space mouse in your desktop, (like myself) or vice versa, then not advisable to do that, I have tried, and you will have to re-pair each time you change computers, which I thought was okay when I first pair the new one in the laptop, then went back to the desktop one and had to re-paired that one, thought great, okay you have to pair them every time, but then I went to the laptop, no joy, wouldn’t pair, didn’t seem to even see it, so gave up went back to the desktop machine, nothing! It had un-paired from that machine and it didn’t seem to want to pair again, but after about ten minutes of trying. it came back online, so that is where it is staying, in the desktop, if I need to take it with me, then I will pull the receiver from the desktop and take it with me, it’s a shame, but it seems these are a replacement for if your original receiver breaks. This is going back. But I still give it five stars, as it does work for it's intended purpose.
