I ordered this for a laptop that had an old modem that worked slowly. The computer runs on Windows 11, and this adapter worked right after it was plugged in. It is very fast, handles multiple devices at once, and did I mention it is WiFi6 compatible? Overall, this is a plug-and-play device as long as the device isn't too old. I am super happy with this purchase.

This is a definite upgrade for my HP laptop which relies on a USB network adapter. It's faster and much more stable. Installation can be a little tricky if your system can't just plug and play -- but I contacted the manufacturer's website and got assistance through its chat function. The person who assisted me did a great job and installed the necessary driver through our web connection. Very pleased with this new device. It's enabling me to take full advantage of the top speed of my internet service.

I’m not gonna lie when I tried it out on my laptop. It worked stupendously well, and my Internet was so much faster than before. When I even played one of my favorite games stronghold the Internet was so faster and made the game go faster instead of slow or lagging hats off

Awesome easy fix for my laptop. This is the second device I have purchased. They dont last long.

Works great. Had to get help from support. Ayman was great. He knew exactly what to check.

The product wasn't working at first, but after receiving help from Mr. Ayman, he was very helpful and good at communicating and walking me through how to troubleshoot what was wrong, and now everything is fixed.

I am writing this as an edit for my review (see below). The product worked great the first time, but when I went to go back online a few days later, it couldn't find any available networks. I went round and round trying to get it to see any available networks. SANA was not quite as solicitous with these follow-up contacts. (Perhaps because I had given a rave review already...I don't know!) I finally got a response when I sent a text indicating that I would have to go and amend my first review, because customer service was great the first time, but completely lacking this time. I was told to unplug/replug the device; if that didn't work then reboot my computer (I had already done that), etc, etc,etc. It finally came down to their rep having to access my computer, go into some files and basically reinstall it. I asked the person to please tell me what they were doing as they were doing it, so I could fix it myself, if needed, at a future date--of course, that's not what happened! So it worked while they were present, but the next day it did not. I finally just unplugged it and uninstalled all its pieces and parts. It is now sitting in a box. I do not stay online when away from my computer for long periods of time, and when going back online, this product cannot find the networks without my having to jump thru too many hoops. My regret is I waited so long to unbox and try it out. It's been almost 8 months since purchase, and I'm certain I cannot return it! My network is running a lot faster now! I had trouble getting it all installed properly, and contacted them thru the chat feature on the website. As promised, I was contacted shortly after by SANA. What a wonderful customer service agent! We communicated thru text and were able to share photos of what we were working on. Sana is so patient and courteous, walking me thru step by step! Thank you, Nineplus and thank you SANA for a great product with great support!

It solved my connection issues. Was suggested by the Google fiber tech at my home. Works great.

I’ve got it going about 40ft and through 2 walls to my router and my wifi is still decent. Though it doesn’t improve my wifi speeds for gaming at all, my wifi is normally terrible and with this my connection is still terrible but cordless. I expect if I had good wifi, that the adapter would have the same quality wifi.

I have not yet upgraded my router, but even with a WiFi 5 router this thing is reliable and fast on Windows 11. Drivers easy to install as well. No complaints.

I was able to use this for my desktop PC to get wireless connection to my router and the speed was reliable and fast. So far there is no drop off so I can comfortably game with this adapter, it was also easy to set up as it has 5ghz and 2.4ghz, both frequency range were available in my modem.

Good replacement for the built in laptop wifi card that failed. However setup required a bit of trial and error and not plug and play setup. None of my computers recognized the dongle when inserted into the USB-A ports (tried them all and even rebooted). This made it harder to obtain the install software on the key. Fortunately the instructions had a link to the manufacturer website which I used to download from another computer to a USB key then moved to the laptop for install.

It was super easy to set up, and my connection has been fast and stable ever since. It really improved my streaming and online gaming experience. Plus, its small size doesn’t block other USB ports, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend it!
