I have to say I normally use Ryobi tools but I found the lack of power of the circular saw a good reason to make a change. I bought the Flex circular worm saw and was blown away. Then came the sawzall, spare batteries and now the vacuum. I am a pest control guy by trade and I end up using a vacuum a ton to get problems under control. I know this isn't the average user job but I can say it has a ton of power. I also used it on my truck and it was able to do the same job as my 5 gal corded Ridged vac. I love the hepa filter and the bags are a must for me, I throw them away after every job. The bags are a little high priced but honestly with the thickness and quality the offer they are worth it. They keep the inside of the vacuum very clean. If they let anything past I would know, the smell would be pretty bad. With a 5 AH battery the vacuum lasted for a 40 door apartment complex using it in most of the apartments. The entire time it never failed to get everything. The shoulder strap made all the difference in the world too. I was able to carry it the entire time and it kept it tight to me so it wasn't hitting everything. None of the tools fell off either. I know that sounds dumb but it gets frustrating to have stuff fall off and I have to grab them. I need the different tools with me so I have to have them. Everything is tight so if you are snatching up bugs, cleaning cars, or sucking up wood chips the entire vacuum can handle it. I am very pleased with it. I always keep an extra box of bags on hand and I haven't really got anything in the hepa filter so I haven't had to worry about changing it or even cleaning it, I included pictures of before I took it for a test drive just because the after pictures are pretty gross. It is nice to get a well made tool that doesn't break the bank. I am going to buy everything Flex from now on!

Great vacum

Great vacuum my only problem with it is it's not very powerful, it has a high and low setting but i keep it on high and it picks up everything i need it to pick up, other than that it is a great vacuum. it's lightweight so you aren't lugging a heavy beast around all day. Good Price good tool, i use flex all the time.

Being heavily invested in the Flex 24v line it only makes sense to get this, I'm an electrician and this comes with me on small jobs where leaving a clean work area after is important for my clients. It doesn't have the most suction out there but just enough for my needs. Battery life is great when paired with a 5ah. Picks up drywall dust, small wire scraps and the like just fine. It did come with one bag which was nice. Size is also a positive, being not too big and bulky. Overall I like the attachments it comes with and the length of the hose is perfect. I was previously using the m12 fuel vacuum and while the suction is comparable, the battery life on the m12 is simply not enough. I was going through 5ah batteries every other day whereas with this a 24v 5ah battery will last me about a full work week. Overall a good value for the money at $100 or less, which is what I paid. Cons: nothing that outstanding just little things. Such as the power on button is at the top of the unit and gets accidentally bumped onto the 'on' position daily which is annoying sometimes. Two of the top attachments are stored on top of the unit which sometimes will end up falling off accidentally during transport. That's all I of the cons I can think of.

Vacuum arrived in previous opened box. No owner's manual, missing attachments, used, smelled mildew, there was plaster in the canister.

Used it for the last week cleaning up HVAC units after an install job. So far so good, plently of power and runtime with a 5.0ah battery. Works better than my Dewalt 18v vacuum. I like that this vacuum is taller rather than short and wide, so it is easy to store in my van, less awkward I guess. The handle is comfy to grip, so it is easy to use.. and it comes with 3 attatchments; one extender, two brush style heads. Seems good for the price, im not sure I would have bought it at full price though. Materials seeem to be strong, well made.
