I’ve been using this Zamst A2-D knee brace for about 8 months to support recovery from a sports injury, and it’s been fantastic. From the moment I started using it, the adjustable hinged design helped stabilise my knee without feeling bulky or restrictive. It gives just the right amount of support when I’m walking, doing physio, or getting back into light training. The quality of the materials feels high — strong, yet comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. Even after daily use over several months, it hasn’t stretched out or lost its support. I especially appreciate the adjustable straps: they let me fine-tune the level of compression depending on how active I’m being that day. Good gel packs with stretchy velcro straps to keep them in place. The instruction leaflet wasn't totally clear, but I found an hour in the freezer, or 25 seconds in the microwave, is about right, and they have made a difference to my strained ankle.

These boots have been a life saver when spraining your ankle. Easy to go on after popping in the freezer comes with velcro fastnings. Feels very cold at first out of the freezer but bare with it as takes that swelling right down. Use each time for 20mins which is about right once you feel the gel inside becoming squishy. Can also use them warm in the microwave but do be careful.

The ankle ice pack is effective but the straps tend to fall off the pack so care has to be taken.

Size is great and easy to use

Very comfortable to wear and is a god send when you have a sore ankle/foot. Keeps cold for quite a while and I would repurchase if I needed another one. Sizing is also pretty much spot on.

This really does work, I can feel the relief that it gives to my tendonitis. It is a bit fiddly to put on after it comes out of the freezer as you need to get the straps over the wrap and then make sure they are really tight, if not everything starts to fall off. Practice does make it easier and it is worth the effort.

Endlich ein Kühlpad, das auch Kühlgel direkt an der Achillessehne hat. Andere Manschetten kühlen nur Gelenk und Knöchel und lassen die Sehne aus. Für mich ideal bei Sportverletzungen. Klettverschluss hält zuverlässig und ist an jeden Fuß anpassbar.

Goed en degelijk afgewerkt product, eenvoudig zelf aan te brengen. Gebruik dit dagelijks drie maal op raad van kinesist na breuk van enkel.

Muy práctico y fácil de poner. Se mantiene frío el tiempo necesario y cubre bien todo el tobillo. Lo recomiendo.

Honestly the best ice pack for applying to amd injury. The design let's you wrap areas really nice and get a nice compression of cool on the body, goes on super frosty and gives the right about of cooling needed before needing refrigeration again.
