Wonderful Walker
Assembly was fairly easy - def a capable adult needs to get this done. This is a wonderful walker. The Large Wheels move easily and support well. The basket is wonderful to hold purchases or a purse and then some. There is also a pencil holder which we really haven't used, with a cup holder. The cup holder on the exterior side is great - keeps your hands free for walking. The seat is wonderfully padded and the back support is comfortable. Brakes work well and are easy to operate. Folding is easy (once you figure it out - took me a few times). I can say that bring it back out and having to open it up is more challenging, it keeps rolling on me so I still need to play with that and figure out a more suitable way to open it up. My only big concern with this item is that it is on the heavier side so getting it in and out of the car is not for just anyone. However, this is the BMW of walkers and my mom get's tons of compliments on it and has had people inquire about it for their family members. All that said, I would order this again!!!

Danger!
I have owned a number of wheeled walkers over the years, I have one on each floor of my house. This one is superior to all the others in very way, except for this now recurring problem. In January of 2018 I purchased a Medline wheeled Walker through Amazon: Model number M DS868 455 M. In February of this year the right-hand brake cable snapped. I was fortunate because when the walker lurched forward it crashed into something solid. If it hadn't, I probably would have ended up on the floor. I contacted Medline to purchase a replacement part, but the company was kind enough to replace the entire walker, free. I was grateful for that level of customer service. Now, it happened again, the brake cable broke. Fortunately, my wife was home and was able to retrieve another walker so that I could get out of that predicament. The brake cable snapped in the same way, and in the same place, as had happened with the walker in February. The current walker has never been used outdoors. I have only had it since February. I am 60 years old, a person living with MS and I weigh approximately 205 pounds. My wife suggests that I may not know my own strength, but I have difficulty believing that I have grip strength that is so much greater than anyone else that I am solely to blame for these malfunctions. As much as I like the features, I can’t trust it anymore. As I mentioned above, I've owned a number of other wheeled walkers. Over time, the brake cables have stretched on these walkers and I have had to adjust them to maintain the breaking power. This is similar to the experience I have had with bicycles with cable breaks since I was in grade school. I was an avid bicycle rider until I became disabled in my 50s. In all of that time, I only had a brake cable snap one time and that was on a bicycle that I had purchased used and was ridden in all types of weather.
