BelleVue Denver Record Player - Brown

This record player is so good! Bought as a gift and I took a risk buying this one, but honestly I'm so glad I did. Plays records perfectly and speaker quality is considerably good. Have not tried the mp3 convertion feature yet so cannot comment on that. As a simple record player though totally does the trick and looks great too (bought the brown one)

I really like it. It's easy to use. The sound is nice enough to my ear. The price is a great bargain during sales. No slipping or problem that other critical reviews said happened to this one I got (maybe will in the future, who knows). The only thing I'm concerned is that the panel is made of thin plastic. It is more like a toy. I have a feeling that it would break down easily if I accidentally tampered with the arm or switches, or crush the surface. Still it is a lovely record player, and definitely should treat it with care. Maybe someday when I save up enough money, I'm going to buy a more professional one.

what can I say, fantastic, sounds great and is just what I was looking for. Just a teeny grouse I cannot find a supplier for a new stylus I shall need one as I have been playing my vinyls non stop. Well done for producing a fantastic little turntable at a fantastic price

I love this, it looks much better then the photo. Unfortunately had to send ours back, the sound worked through the headphones but not out the speaker, really want to order another. The company refunded us within a couple of days - really impressed.

Arrived today; after ordering late yesterday afternoon. Wow!! it's brilliant. Excellent quality casing and parts. Sound quality is really good; and for the price. Did lots of research and glad I bought this one. Already listening to 33's :)

Very relieved I can replace my old vinyl player. This one is easy to use, sounds good and is convenient to use and carry. The earplug option is also new to me for such players and a welcome one. Only 250 hours of play recommended for the stylus. I will soon use that up. Do I get new stylus from the same supplier? What is the difference between replacing stylus and cartridge? (See instructions included)

I am pleased with the player,in general.The sound is quite reasonable, considering the small speakers,and excellent if connected to extension speakers. When playing 45 rpm records there is a problem with the turntable stopping turning before the end of a record, Lp records play fine,though. As yet, I haven't had any success downloading music from the records (but that might be my fault). I keep getting a message from Windows informing me that they don't recognize the 'Audacity' system that is supplied with the record player....But I'll keep trying!

A very good record player,does exactly what it should do. The sound quality is slightly tinny however for the cost of the relatively basic player I can live with this. Overall it's refreshing to hear vinyl records being played again

Ich habe das Gerät gekauft um damit alte Singles abzuspielen. Dafür reichen die Gleichlaufeigenschaften aus und auch der Klang über "Line out" ist für so ein billiges Keramiksystem eigentlich ganz gut. In meinem Fall wurde der Plattenspieler mit einem geeigneten (selbst gebastelten) Kabel an ein Röhrenradiogerät angeschlossen. Der Klang ist dabei sogar etwas besser als der eines Originalgerätes aus den 50er Jahren. Der Grund mir so ein Gerät anzuschaffen war die Billigkeit und leichte Verfügbarkeit der Nadeln und Tonabnehmer. Für den Anschaffungspreis einer einzigen Dual 300-Saphirnadel erhält man hier mindestens 5 Stück. Manchmal sogar ein 8er-Pack. Die Möglichkeit das Gerät über eine Powerbank zu betreiben ist optimal um auf Flohmärkten Singles probezuhören. Auf Grund des doch sehr bescheidenen Klangs der eingebauten Lautsprecher verbinde ich dann allerdings den Plattenspieler mit einem geeigneten mobilen Abspielgerät. (Ich nehm dafür ein Blaupunkt BTR 60. Klingt ausreichend für meine Zwecke) Die elektronische Endabschaltung mittels Gabellichtschranke gefällt mir auch ganz gut. Hätte ich bei so einem billigen Gerät nicht erwartet. Ich kann das Gerät jedem empfehlen, der ein Röhrenradio besitzt und einen Plattenspieler dazu haben möchte um damit gelegentlich alte Singles aus den 50er und 60er Jahren abspielen zu können. Dieser Plattenspieler ist meiner Meinung nach eine der preiswertesten brauchbaren Lösungen dafür. Für neue hochwertige Langspielplatten würde ich allerdings zu teureren Geräten mit Magnetsystem greifen.

Very bad sound quality.

Voor deze prijs werkt het heel goed. Ik ben er blij mee. Men maat wou ook 1 maar bij ontvangst bleek er een fabrieksfout te zijn want de klank was nie mooi en het geluid was zeer stil. Ik heb dat dan terug gestuurd en ik heb direct een nieuw in de plaats gekregen. En deze werkt wel goed. Dus al bij al voor deze prijs ben ik zeer te vreden over dit product. Zeker een aanrader.

Cela fonctionne mais le son des haut-parleurs intégrés n'est pas terrible... L'écoute au casque est mieux. Je n'ai pas encore essayé l'enregistrement vers un PC - à encore tester et voir si cela fonctionne. Le look de l'appareil est joli. La partie en plastique noir sur laquelle est fixée la platine et le bras fait un peu léger et ne semble pas très robuste.
