Contents is good and relevant for exam. Style of writing is excellent. Print quality is crap and mine came with several defects with inner corner of pages being folding in. Not what I would expect for paying so much but alas exam stress will mean I can’t return it for another.

This plus war machine is a must do when preparing for boards. At least I hope... we'll find out in July!

The lack of a digital version is inexcusable in 2024. You can't practically carry these books around while studying. What makes it worse is the insane amount of unnecessary blank space and cheap paper quality. The author may have some Luddite type reasoning about how it's better to have a physical copy of a book, but it's not. He's just wants to charge us for two books instead of a single digital volume. If you took out all the blank space from this book it would be half of its length and that would become painfully obvious with a digital version. He gets to double his profits and we are forced to carry around 20 pounds of textbooks that aren't searchable and are made on garbage quality paper. This is completely unethical. Outside of this, there are a LOT of mistakes in the book or things he says completely backwards. He completely screws up a discussion on projections versus views for example. The physics sections are the worst, but the text is really spotty overall. Some of the jokes are funny, but most are incelish and horrible. There's some bizarre and pointless joke he makes about Felson cheating on his wife, at which point I'm like, "Felson invented chest radiology and died a long time ago. Leave him alone." The website the book advertises also scams you for membership (they offer a 3 month membership, but then start double charging you at 1 month). The website support stonewalled me when I asked why so I just cancelled my membership. Garbage book series with countless better alternatives out there. Avoid.
