Great flavor! I did a medium and dark roast. Both are full of flavor. Low acidity. Quality is great, it was fresh upon arrival and makes for a smooth coffee.

I'd ordered these beans some time ago (2 years?) and had since gravitated toward slightly lighter roasting levels. I decided to run a bag of these beans through my roaster, and went for a City roast (maybe almost City Plus). I really wasn't enjoying the result - there was a strange aftertaste that I just couldn't shake. Next time I roasted some, I went a couple levels darker roast, and was happy to find that I really liked the result. The beans are hard and dense, and take a little extra care to really dial in the roast as a result. Still, a very good cup if you like a slightly darker roast.

These beans are excellent all the way around. I was really glad to find it here. Doesn't really need to be blended with anything else because they are among some of the best tasting beans I've gotten yet. I've tried it from both estates and both of them make an excellent espresso, both having their own taste that is great

I have roasted to date maybe 15-20 different raw coffee beans. I think this Primos is my favorite so far. The smell after grinding is amazing as well as the flavor. Sometimes I use a coffee press and sometimes I brew in my Ninja - tastes great in both (of course different grind settings). About to buy and try a pour over. For you home roasters, this is worth a try. I started with the 3lb - I just bought the 10lb.
