High Quality, a bit pricey tho.

Delicious
Pretty tasty. It would be nice if there were more eggs in a larger jar or less veggies in the jar provided. Otherwise a fine product. Thanks…

Amish Spicey Quail eggs... I was missing out on life.
I love pickled eggs in general. Making them from scratch is time consuming. Finding good pickled eggs for sale at a good price is a thing of the past. After reading the review about these eggs causing diarrhea, I was apprehensive. My pickled egg fascination became too great however, and I caved in to the Amish websites quail eggs with interest, via Amazon. This review is a little long winded, due in part to having just enjoyed two of these delicious spicy but not too spicy quail egg delights. I'm no stranger to quail eggs, if a sushi bar has quail egg shooters, I get them. (I'm also waiting to see if they make me sick at all.) Most mass produced pickled eggs I've eaten are boring, rubbery, and lack real flavor. "Craft" pickled eggs are something to enjoy, especially these. The white part has an enjoyable texture, while the yolk is pretty creamy. The flavor before, during, and after the heat is gourmet caliber. I haven't had any bowel problems so far from eating these tiny snacks, and its been 30 minutes since consumption. The jar mentioned 3 as a serving size suggestion so I think I'll go for #3 soon after the now opened jar has had time to chill. I bet they'd be great mixed in on a tuna sandwich. Thank God for the Amish and these eggs. One more awesome thing in life to be grateful for.

I am very picky, these jalapeño pickled eggs are very worth it
I tried salt and vinigar from a different company to dabble in trying pickled eggs, then I tried these....and oh my goodness these were hands down the best I've tried so far, they shipped them in great packaging as well The flavor carries through phenomenally, the eggs weren't hard to chew like the other brand I tried and the brine it was made in smells great, I am very very picky and ill be 100% truthful here I'm glad they come in 2 jar bundles because I'll be buying more The first jar im literally eating half a jar because these are addictive.....like grandma's secret recipe level stuff right here....this will be my brand for eggs from now on I have no interest in trying other brands

Spicy is pretty hot. Heavy on the jalapeño flavor but still good.
The insides are brown not very fresh looking like regular eggs that are boiled but pickled not sure if that means their older or just not familar but they taste good. I wish I would have went mild. Whoever said it was like water... Well they must have got bad batch because I ordered spicy and it almost too spicy for me and I like spice. I think mild probably would have been more perfect for me. This spicy is pretty hot jalepeno. The reviewer who talked about diarrhea probably just ate too many or reacted to it lolz. I'm not gonna eat too many think I'll pay later if I do. I'm interested in trying Cajun next. I think I would enjoy more flavorful spice then just jalapeño this doesn't taste like much else.

Not a good value
These quail eggs are tasty and I have no issue with the quality, but the jars are smaller than I expected and not even close to full with eggs. Compared to previous pickled egg purchases from Buccees and one whose name I can’t recall, I would say these are overpriced and I won’t buy them again.
