Great, reliable battery. Replaced after 6 years of heavy use, just preventative. It was a dollar cheaper this time than in 2020. I have lots of electrical accessories on my 2003 SV650 along with an upgraded high amperage stator. This battery cranks hard every time, even after sitting for a month or in extreme cold. The terminal bolts can be used upright or 90° out the front.

Had this battery for 6 years on my 03 Honda 250 recon. Just starting to get weak…..bout to buy me another cuz this battery was great. Purchased in July 2019. Little over 6 years……you can’t beat this battery nor the price. Fingers crossed I will have the same luck w the second one.

Pro 1. Very fast delivery. Much faster than indicated when purchase confirmed. Being a Prime customer in Ohio may count for some of that. 2. Price is extremely reasonable. 3. Free Shipping was included as I recall. 4. Excellent protective packaging. Even tho this is a sealed battery, it came in zip lock plastic bag inside a styrofoam shell. 5. The onboard digital voltage and condition readout is clever and saves pulling out your multimeter. Initial Digital readout matched my multimeter. 6. Battery came fully charged at 12.8 volts with new nuts and bolts, ready to install. Nice red rubber boot protected the positive post. 7. This battery is consistent in size, shape, and post orientation for replacement in my '99 Honda VFR Interceptor (5th Gen.) 8. Only in service a couple days, but very satisfied with the Chrome choice. I have used high end batteries and Walmart EverStart's with equal success, but the Chrome comes pre-filled and sealed, fully charged, and delivered to your door for less than I paid at Walmart. And no core charge involved, so I can sell my old battery to my local Interstate dealer for $7 +/-

This battery will NOT hold a charge. I bought for my motorcycle and when it arrived, it would power my gauges, but not crank the bike. I put the battery on a 24 hour charge and it worked….. for a day. I rode my bike to a friends house a mile away, and an hour later when I was going to come home, my bike would barely turn over. Turned over, but too slow to start. Took out the battery, took it home and put on the charger. Next day, put battery in and rode home and disconnected battery terminals just in case my bike had a parasitic draw. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I went to ride my bike yesterday when I got home from work, connected the cables and… NOTHING except my gauges. Not enough battery to even engage the starter relay. I just looked to see if I can return this battery, but my return window ended June 24th, 2025 (bought in mid May 2025). Battery is junk. The lcd indicator is worthless. Shows full battery when there is not enough to even start your motorcycle. (Mine being a Ducati 848 EVO)

This battery works as it should. I only give it 4 stars because of the install. Instead of screwing the terminals into mounted posts it has a ludicrous screw and nut set up instead. I had to shimmy in bits of cardboard to get the nuts to catch (which fell out, several times) and then somehow get the carboard back out once tightened. For this reason alone once I need to replace this battery I won't get another one. It's still 4 stars because it works as it should, but the install design is the worst.

Over 1600 days before replacement. Very excellent battery, always strong. Never a problem during its use. Especially great is the button on top of this battery that when pushed displays the present precise voltage of this battery. Voltage reveals info about the state of the battery without testing the battery. Very useful.

Bought this to replace an older battery that had failed over the winter. The price is great. At the time of my purchase this battery was less than $40. This is a 180 CCA battery. I couldn't find that information anywhere on the Amazon listing so I figured I would include it in my review. This battery is true to the dimensions listed and fit my bike perfectly. The LCD seems a bit overkill but it is actually pretty convenient. This battery came fully charged over 13V. I popped it in my SV and it fired right up. I shut it down and restarted a few times to make sure and it has zero problems. The packaging was sufficient for such a small lightweight battery. It is encased in Styrofoam top and bottom and comes with a manual which mostly only covers the LCD operation. The only thing I would change is that the battery posts are not threaded. They come with a square nut inside of the post that allows you to screw the battery cables down. You can screw into the top or the side based on how you place the nut. The only problem I had was getting the nut to sit still within the post to allow me to screw the cable down as it tends to jump around a bit especially when its being placed into the bike. Either way, this appears to be a great battery. I hope to get a long life out of it and also keep it on a tender now when not in use. I will update this review if I ever have an issue with it. Great buy. Go for it.
