I was a bit leary but now I'm convinced this coffee maker surpasses any coffee maker we had in the past. Simple to use and functions perfectly. I set it for 12 oz. and it dispensed exatly 12 oz. . Set it for ice coffee and it ran a special ice coffee cycle then I put frothed heavy cream on my ice coffee and I was sold 100%.

I have used Keurig coffee makers for probably 22 years. Thought it was the only way to get a good cuppa coffee at home. I only drink one cup a day, but it's gotta be a good one. But after about a year and a half in fact this last time right after I cleaned it the first time the coffee maker burned up. You could smell the wire and insulation burning. So, I looked on Amazon and for three days I waffled back-and-forth about what to get finally settled with the Ninja and let me just say I won't be needing a new Keurig.... that's for sure... Even opening, went smoother. The maker set up easily with simple instructions. And the choices for types of brew and sizes are spot on and SIMPLE plus the choices you make stay in place until YOU change them so the next cup is just like you like it!! Then I found the cleverly hidden pieces to make the Ninja a pot of coffee maker as well! All the pieces are stored inside the maker never to get lost! Also.....attached to the side is a frother. That is really nice ! Everything about this unit is designed more logically for ease of use And when you select rich or strong, you get it rich or strong. I haven't even used the milk froth yet. Just being satisfied with Coffee at the right strength and the right time is soul satisfying.! The price is much better as well. And it is a very attractive unit- slim and takes up very little space.. Also, it's very quiet And washing the unit is so much simpler. If you're looking to change, I would give this a try absolutely.

This works just as described and is easy to use. It is smaller than my old coffee maker and takes up less counter space. I use ground coffee and it makes really good coffee. It makes one cup very quickly and is easy to clean.

Been using this coffee maker daily for a year, and I am very happy with it overall. It makes a great cup of coffee with the basket, and I particularly like the "Rich" brew setting. The main drawback is that the coffee maker struggles to fully drain all of the coffee from the grounds when it finishes it's cycle, leading to a lot of dripping after it's supposed to be "done". This is solved by manually draining the remaining liquid into my cup (carefully pushing on the plunger at the bottom of the basket, hoping not to burn myself), but I shouldn't have to do that. Also, this coffee maker is fairly loud, and is not very fast for making only a single cup. Not a deal breaker, but noticeable. Lastly, they spent time/money/engineering on adding K-Cup compatibility, and I would much prefer to purchase a version without that trash. K-cups are truly the worst and we need more coffee makers that do not include that technology.

I decided to give this brand a try after my previous Keurig coffee maker only lasted about 3 weeks. Unfortunately, this brand-new unit is doing the exact same thing. From the very first use, no water or coffee came out from the front. Instead, all the water drained out through the back of the machine. I tried both the pod and brew functions, and neither of them worked at all. This is extremely frustrating. I expected a brand-new product to work properly, especially after already dealing with a similar issue before. At this point, I’m honestly very disappointed. I’ve already ordered a replacement and I really hope this time it actually works as it should

I don’t do reviews often . But this ninja coffee pot is fabulous. I absolutely love it. The coffee is hot. The steamer works wonderful as well I have to say I love ninja products in general I am glad I made this choice to buy this ninja coffee pot . And it was a refurbished one. I was a little leery about it, but it worked out fabulous. Thankful to the seller.

I hesitated to buy this ninja coffee maker because some of the reviews said the cup didn't get hot enough. I did experience warm coffee, but once I waited longer for the machine to preheat -it's too quiet to hear it happen - I had a great cup of hot coffee. I absolutely love this coffee maker: easy to use, compact and stylish to see, and brews with KCups and fresh grounds. Highly recommend and would buy again, even as a gift for others.

I've used the pour over drip method for years but when my kettle broke I decided to try this Ninja coffee machine. It makes great coffee and has everything you need built in. It would be nice though if there were paper filters to put inside the basket. All in all a very good purchase.

Creo que no viene en su caso original con un instructivo, es muy bueno el producto y ya llevo casi un año y no ha presentado fallas de ningún tipo

Excelente maquina ya que es muy bersatil ya que puedes usarla con csfe molido, cápsulas o crear tus propias mezclas de cafe.

This is a fantastic coffee maker. I was wondering if it would be a bit complicated switching the holders from pods to coffee grounds but it only takes a second or two, there’s nothing to it. It’s brilliant to be able to have a quick pod coffee first thing and then have a latte a little later with no fuss. The only complaint I have is that the frother doesn’t heat the milk, you have to heat the milk first and then froth. But it gives you something to do while it’s making the ‘special’ 4 oz coffee for the latte, it takes a few minutes but well worth the wait. You obviously do have to wash out the coffee grounds from the brewer basket after brewing.
