Best quality precision tweezers for working with electrical devices

These are essential for any electronics repair, especially with small parts! They are of the same high quality as you would fine in most repair shops, especially compared to ones we used in the Genius Room at retail Apple Stores. I thought I lost my old set so I bought another, and I don’t regret it!

These tweezers are so much more durable and reliable than the ordinary tweezers that come in a repair set. The little nylon case that came with it, isn’t going to prevent any bends if something gets set on it but the tools themselves are very good quality.

iFixit makes high quality items that are worth buying over cheap knock offs. I’ve purchased a couple other items from them and they do not disappoint !

Seems to be good for ESD but not entirely confidence-inspiring. Only one tool out of the three worked for a cellphone charging port but at the end of the day this did get the job done. For me, 5 stars would be a more built-up coating on the tool and more secure-looking/feeling attachment of the two halves of the tweezers to each other. The pouch is a plus.

Honestly these most definitely do what I need them to do. They are good for small parts and things like computers like I will use them for. They are quite sturdy and comfortable to use. They are also very simple.

I recently bought this set of iFixit precision tweezers for detail work or even simple ingrown hairs. The tweezer tips themselves are impressively sharp and accurate, but the handle design unfortunately falls short. The tips are painstakingly machined to perfect alignment. They pick up the tiniest components and wires with ease thanks to the calibrated sharp points and precision grinding. However, the handle has a werid shape that I find a bit slippery iother than the curved tweezer that is comfortable the straight cut ones have this "issue" you might not find any discomfort. Given the lack of comparable ultra-fine high-quality tweezer sets, the premium price may still be worth it for the uniquely machined tips. But the handle really needs some grip texturing or molding to improve control. In summary, the incredibly precise tips live up to expectations while the handle disappoints. Some refinement of the grip and materials could really take these to the next level. But for delicate electronics work, the tips get the job done well despite the handles.

Well made, it can be use to open up gaming headset as well.

Best set of tweezers I have purchased in years. Very strong and durable, they don't bend and buckle like most other cheap tweezers.
