Product is good, but very high installation charges claim from Aastha service center Murshidabad, West Bengal.

Works well, very powerful. But is a bit noisy for an AC (43-44 decibels on low fan setting). And has the worst remote for an AC. The remote does not have backlight. Well, quite too many remotes don't. But this doesn't even have the illumination, or say, light-emitting buttons like many other AC remotes do. Doesn't even have the raised signs to identify in dark. It has only a plus sign on minus sign raised on completely unrelated buttons. Not even on the temperature, increase and decrease buttons. Rest of the buttons don't even have a raised sign. It is this mass-produced remote, but they chose the worst kind of remote among the mass-produced remotes. I mean, the remote is absolutely the worst. For setting the time, I had to turn minutes around the clock to set the time. It does not even change hours or even AM or PM. You have to turn around the clock to set the time. But still, the AC is perfect for the price and works very well. I'll say that.

Got the product on time, and they even helped me with the fitting the same day. Good service 👍 The service guy was super nice and finished the work on time, even helping with electrical fitting and stuff. The AC's performance is good too. It cools down almost instantly. Hope it keeps working well for a long time!

This is a good AC for the price. I was initially a bit apprehensive about my purchase as I needed to cool a small 1BHK on the top floor. Installation was seamless and they even helped out a small draining issue in another 2 days or so. Next, the cooling is very good. I especially like the convertible feature where I can make it work at C1 and safe electricity and also C4 when I need to cool the bedroom and the adjacent very small living room. It is a bit noisy at higher convertible settings like C3 or C4, but you don't need to run it for long at the higher setting. Usually C2 works best and C1 at night. Impressive ratings which exceeds the 5 star ratings of the inverter ACs. Good buy.

The customer service from Cruise has been excellent . The installation process was smooth and the team was professional and helpful, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Also I would like to tell u that you can extend your Warranty for additional 1 year by registering your product on Cruise website so no worries for two years I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality air conditioning solution.

It's a value for money AC. It's outdoor unit is quite silent and produce very low vibration. But the installation service is pathetic. Installer didn't do the vaccum test and there was a leakage from indoor unit. He also has not done proper wiring and piping. Copper pipes are not properly bend benith the insulation sleeves, it might be adding back pressure on compressor and increasing electric consumption. He has tore all the insulation pipes and to hide his bad workmanship he has put lot of black tapes on it. These tapes may not last for more than 6 months. (Who will be baring additional expenses which going to incure for repairs???) he was not at all ready to straighten the copper pipe and it's looking ugly now + Installer was asking me to call electrition to connect power cables of AC with MCB as he is not aware of wiring (that's surprising) + he came alone for installation and he didn't had enough tools in his bag so I have to arrange same for him(hammer, screwdriver, tester) ..... Having all this poor installation experience I ordered LG AC for my second bedroom, installation was breez. Sharing some pics of bad workmanship from cruise AC for reference. Think before buying Cruise AC not because of product itself but installation. When I am going through other reviews, they are similar to my experience. And if you get your AC installed from good third party vender, you endup loosing warranty on product. 5star product with 1star service
