A good, solid little friend.
Like everybody these days, I'm broke. So I did not buy the knife I wanted most. It cost three times what this one did. I chose this knife for being forged, as I figured it would last longer; and for having a solidly made handle.I LOVE it. It's easy to handle, came sharp, is just long enough to slice or peel most vegetables with ease. I've been known to use it for cheese or dicing as well... it has become my favorite and is so comfortable to use I use it for any task it might work for. If you're looking at those gorgeous wooden handled, ancient sword looking things like I was, this is possibly the one you want, instead. You won't be disappointed.

Great Utility Knife
I bought this to replace an old serrated knife I had in my kitchen. Very happy I did! I only like to use the serrated knives because the flat edge ones always get dull really fast and I have a hard time cutting things with them. This knife looks great, feels great and most importantly works great. No trouble cutting anything at all in my kitchen. Plus it looks very nice. I was afraid the large serrations would be a problem, but it's perfect for everything I've thrown at it. My number one go to knife. The quality is superb, I expect it to last a lifetime.

Best Knife I've Ever Owned!
I cook a lot and am very picky about my knives. With that being said, the shape of this knife fit perfectly into my hands. The knife is also very well balanced (not too light and not too heavy) and VERY VERY sharp out of the box. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone who's looking for a chef knife replacement. I usually return everything I buy because I'm usually disappointed, but I got to say, I am very satisfied with this knife! Def. will be looking at this brand again for any other knives I may need in the future.

Great little chef's knife!
Out of the box, it is very sharp, arrives on time, and the price is reasonable. So far, I have used a knife to cut tomatoes into diced salad. This knife can cut the tomato slices very thin, you can see through it. The suitable finish is very good, the blades are evenly ground, and I can say that this is a great product. I do like to use smaller chef knives to prepare food on smaller items.

Beautiful knife, fits perfectly with my Shun collection
Love the unique scalloped edge, which cuts with less crumbs than regular serrations. Bought it to replace my Shun knife with the same scalloped edge, which I somehow lost, or it got stolen. I couldn't justify buying another $150 knife, so I bought this one instead. Since it's only used for bread, I think the edge may last forever. Looks just like my Shun, handle and all. Fits great with my set.

My most useful knife
This 3.5" knife is my go to for everything small. It holds an edge has a great balance for cutting everything in its size. The price is especially attractive I ended up with two knives. I have been cutting food for two months with these knives and they stay sharp and are easy to use. If I need to buy another it will the same ones.

High value and excellent quality
This is a high-quality knife and a higher value than I anticipated. The steel is probably processed using a folded steel technique known as Damascus, but the rough Damascus steel look is laser etched to the blade. If you are purchasing for a heavy Damascus steel look, you will be disappointed. If you are purchasing for a high-quality cutting instrument, you will be very pleased. My wife says this knife has a better feel than her Henckles knives. Its a bit heavier than the comparable Henckles knife. She likes the heavier weight for some cutting tasks. We recommend this knife as an excellent value, high quality instrument.
