I ordered this product to help with my high cholesterol problem. My numbers were very high and I was told that it was likely due to genetics and life style. I was able to drop my LDL 26 points and my total cholesterol 52 points with this product, diet and exercise. The chews are very well packaged and are easy to take with a meal the texture is soft but not grainy. I will continue with this product even though I am now taking medication for my high cholesterol I feel the product has helped with my numbers it is cost effective, easy to take and not loaded with sugar like other products. I can not take large capsules so to have a product that is chewable has really helped me stay on track.

These gummies actually lower LDL and Total Cholesterol after three months. Easy to swallow, taste good, and no side effects.

This is going to be a long review in order to give complete data. I will say right off that Piper LDL is great tasting and I have experienced no side effects while taking it. Now onto the cholesterol-lowering saga. I had been taking Nature Made CholestOff Plus for about 6 months and by January 2024 my cholesterol was 372 - only down about 15 from the highest. In July 2024 I added Piper LDL along with the CholestOff Plus and cholesterol was down to 293 by May 2025. Dr said plant sterols wouldn't hurt if I tried another so I added Carlyle Plant Sterols 1200mg with the CholestOff Plus and Piper LDL and cholesterol was down to 255 and dropping by August. For some reason when I found CardioSmile Plant Based Food Supplement and thought this might work good so I dropped all but CholestOff Plus and by November 2025 I was back up to 308. Needless to say CardioSmile is now out and my BIG THREE are back: Piper LDL, CholestOff Plus and Carlyle Plant Sterols. After I have cholesterol back down to at least 255 I'm going to drop CholestOff Plus and Carlyle and take Piper LDL by itself to see if I can cut the other 2 out permanently. Hopefully Piper LDL will allow this information even with other product information included but couldn't give complete review of results without sharing all the facts.

Started working on my cholesterol after a blood test last month. After 3 weeks my ApoB dropped 19 points, LDL by 16, and Triglycerides by 20! But gummies alone won't do this for you. I also stopped eating fried food and dairy, started consuming more fiber, and eating healthier overall. I took a star off because these are sugar bombs. 30 calories per serving (60 per day) which is mostly sugar (8g of sugar per day). I agree they do taste good, but losing 60 calories a day while on a caloric deficit to some cholesterol gummies feels pretty bad. I'd personally rather them taste worse and be healthier, lower cal lower sugar. But I will be rebuying them anyways, at least for a few more months, because they clearly work.
