The clock works was ideal for the deep "thick" wood clock face. Fit just right and works well. Very easy to drop in and the choice of hands was helpful in matching the original.

The mechanism works well. I used it on a wooden clock so the long shaft was needed. It came with 2 sets of hands. The straight hands went on well but I couldn't get the pointy hour hand on the shaft.

Worked perfectly for what I needed it for

I had to replace the clock mechanism in my old wall clock that stopped working. I chose this movement based on the smooth second hand movement, long shaft, and clock hand design. The mechanism fit perfectly and rises high enough for the hands to miss the decorative raised design of the clock. The smooth second hand movement is really nice and the clock keeps excellent time. Took me 15 minutes to replace the movement. I highly recommend purchasing this clock movement mechanism.

I replaced the clock works on a clock I made years ago. I painted the hands and finishing nut copper but not the connecting hardware. The hands were exceptionally fragile and I chose not to add the second hand due to the fragility. Instructions don’t clearly tell you that extra pressure is needed to seat the hands on the post. So far it’s keeping accurate time

Works well and is definitely silent. Shaft is a bit long though, but otherwise no issues installing. Keeps time for now
