Use the cloth that comes with it!
This ceramic coating kit is really the best I have ever used. When I got my first stainless steel appliance they told me to pick a cleaner and stick with it otherwise you run into streaks like some of the people complain about. Don’t use it over another product and blame it for the streaks. CLEAN YOUR SURFACE WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL first. It’s also good to use the cloth that comes with it or exactly like it. There is a reason they include that cloth! Don’t wash the cloth with fabric softener, I use vinegar for softener for my bath towels and dish towels and this cloth. Update: I tried the ZEP that another reviewer mentioned and ZEP works very well for removing fingerprints and it shines bright until you touch it with fingers! It is an oil and it attracts fingerprints. ZEP is only advertised for stainless steel and metal. Ceramic Spray is for many things and is a very good product. It resists fingerprints on stainless steel, wood, glass and doesn’t streak. I like both products and will continue to use both for different things. The Ceramic Coating Spray Kit does Shine, Seal & Protect everything you use it on. Zep shines stainless steel without buffing but needs to be applied every day. I use it for my stainless steel garbage can because it cleans as it shines but never on my good appliances that I want to protect and shine and resist fingerprints for days, even weeks if you live alone.

Perfect Product for Stainless Steel and Chrome
I have super hard water in my home which leads to serious calcium buildup. It is so bad that a drop of water can be seen if left on the sink or faucets to dry. I am constantly cleaning and wiping things down. So, this product has been a true blessing. I have used it on my stainless steel kitchen (sink, fridge, stove, & dishwasher). Finger prints, water stains, and food splatters wipe up easily. I have also used it on all of the chrome in my bathrooms, which is where you can really see how well this cleaner works. I literally went through the whole house when I received this product. The great thing is that supposedly this only has to be done once every six months. Truly, even if it only lasts half that time I would still be happy. The down side is of course that it is quite expensive. For this reason I ordered the larger size to get more for my money. Now that I know how well it works, I won’t hesitate to buy it again, which I really shouldn’t have to do for awhile. Even after all my cleaning, I still have quite a bit left.

Cleaner appliances than ever before
I’m really impressed with this ceramic coating spray. The spray-on application is super easy, and the included microfiber cloth and instructions make the process quick and stress-free. It leaves a noticeable shine without feeling greasy or streaky, and it really does help repel fingerprints, water spots, and everyday grime. I’ve used it on stainless steel appliances, countertops, and shower glass, and everything stays cleaner much longer. It gives surfaces a fresh, polished look while adding a protective layer. Great product for kitchens and bathrooms—definitely worth it!

It’s NOT a " Ceramic Coating", it’s just an overpriced detail spray
If you are buying this expecting a true "Ceramic Coating" that hardens into a protective shell (like they put on cars), do not buy this. I was unimpressed with the results, so I looked into what this actually is. Here is the reality vs. the marketing: 1. The "Ceramic" Lie True ceramic coatings come in tiny glass vials, smell like harsh chemicals, and cure into a hard, glass-like layer that lasts for years. This Durabasics spray is just water mixed with a tiny bit of silicon dioxide (SiO2). It doesn't "coat" your counter; it just sits on top like a weak wax. 2. The Streaking Issue Because it doesn't cure hard, it is incredibly finicky. Hydrophobic is a gimmick term they use. 3. Zero Durability The bottle claims protection, but since this is a water-based spray, it washes off the moment you wipe your counters with soap or sponge. You aren't "sealing" your surface; you are just shining it for a day or two. The One (Small) Pro: It works okay on Stainless Steel as a fingerprint resistor (similar to Weiman’s or baby oil), but it is way too expensive to use just for that. Verdict: Save your $20. You can get the same "clean and shine" result by mixing rubbing alcohol and water in a spray bottle for about 50 cents. This is a "gimmick" product that uses the buzzword "Ceramic" to charge premium prices for a basic shine spray.

Easy to use, very little pressure needed to clean!
I love this stuff! It took the grim and finger prints off my stainless and left a nice shine! It came with a soft microfiber towel, which I'm gonna have to wash right away bc my refrigerator was so dirty! But the finger prints seem to be stay off when people touch the appliances!

Amazing product!! if you’re like me, and really don’t like the fingerprints and smudges that you get on your stainless steel appliances, then this is for you. Easy to use and has created a beautiful mirror finish on all our stainless steel appliances. After letting it cure as suggested I even run my fingers all over it and tried to smudge it…and nothing! I was able to get two bottles at a special price so even happier!
