This USB rechargeable water dispenser is seriously one of the best things I’ve bought recently! My family and I got it for trips, and it’s been a total lifesaver. We bring it to Airbnbs, and every time, people think it’s the coolest idea because we’re not constantly buying those tiny plastic water bottles. It’s super easy to use and compact On top of that, we canceled our water delivery service and ditched our old dispenser rental. Now, we just buy the 5-gallon jugs and use this pump—it’s a huge money saver. Plus, the charge lasts forever! My only worry is that it might accidentally start dispensing on its own and flood the floor, but no issues so far. Honestly, if you’re looking to save money and want an easy water solution on the go, this thing is amazing!

What a fabulous invention! This works great. Starts and stops quickly. Easy to use. Easy to charge. Inexpensive and worth a lot. I love how easy it makes using 5 gallon water bottles. Water flows quickly and the size is just right. Great product.

It works really well and we use it all the time, the only thing that e noticed was it doesn’t screw on to the top of our water jug, it just sits ontop so if anything bumps it then it just falls off the top of it. We just take it off everytime we are done using it and put it back on when we need it again which is a little inconvenient but the quality of the product itself it wonderful and super simple to use- not too loud

I didn’t know how much I needed this until I got it! I let it charge fully before using it and ensured it was set up correctly as at first water was leaking when I would use it but once I fully secured the faucet, it works perfectly. I don’t have to struggle with tipping the gallon or water dripping all over the floor I just press the button and press again when I want to turn the water faucet off. It was also fairly cheap compared to a filter unit and it looks nice.

Pros: It charges very fast. The charge lasts a long time. The flow is a good steady flow. The pump is quieter than other USB powered pumps I've used. You don't need any additional weight on the tube to get a good flow from any size bottle. It works even on a 1 gallon with the right cap fit. Turning it on and off is very fast response. There is no taste difference (no chemical plastic taste or smell). Cons: After a lot of use, the pump loosens on the cap. It becomes unsteady and wobbles. You have to remove and re-attach. The first 10 days of use, I had no leaks. But now I always have leaks. I don't know why. I assume it is leaking where you attach the hose because the leak comes from underneath the cap. The spout's length should be longer to prevent splash back against the bottle. Holding a cup or bowl directly underneath the spout is not a problem. But when you put the bowl or pot on a table and let the water pour into it, the water splashes and you get water on the bottle and table. If the spout was longer, you could place the bowl farther away and hopefully prevent the splashing.

This water dispenser was great until it lasted. I purchased this item on March 13, 2024. It worked properly for 10 months exactly and now it will not turn on at all. No sign of what could have happened and no where to seek support for this item. Amazon has a few troubleshooting recommendations which I followed but none of them worked. These items usually last for several years. This one broke within less than a year. I hope the company will see this review and contact me for support. Thanks! This is an updated review. I used this pump for exactly a year. It is a great gadget and attaches easily to our 3 gallon bottle. The stream works great, if you are filling say a larger water bottle you have to turn it on twice. But just filling a glass of water, it works great. My only issue is the charging port started to loosen after a few months and then now exactly a year, the little port will no longer charge it. It was definitely worth the price but expect to buy a new one after a year.
