ChiliSleep Cube Sleep System - ME and WE Zones - Cooling and Heating Mattress Pad - Individual Temperature Control, Great Sleep Enhancement, Wireless Remote Integration (King (80" L x 76" W))

I bought my first chili cube in 2022. I’ve had trouble sleeping for my entire adult life and temperature regulation has a lot to do with it. As soon as I bought my chili pad, I loved it. I loved the wide range of temperatures, the lack of thickness of the pad and the overall comfort it provided, even when I wasn’t using the heating or cooling function (which was rare!). The pad feels high quality and you can hardly feel the tubules that run through it. I have never had a problem with it leaking but the fit for the chili pad “for me” king size was not great. It would constantly bunch up and leave you with a portion of bed that was not temperature regulated. I was able to live with constantly adjusting it though, until it stopped working all together. About a year after purchasing, my chili cube starting showing random codes on the screen, flashing its lights and making strange noises. It stopped heating or cooling. I was devastated but the customer service team came through and sent me a replacement, as I was still within the warranty period. A year later, that one stopped circulating the water. As I was now out of the warranty period, they would not send me a replacement for free. I was dependent on the chili pad for sleep at this time so I forked out over 1k on buying the king sized chili pad with two cubes, so both my partner and I could enjoy the temperature control. I purchased this is in July of 2024. In November of 2024, my cube again stopped circulating water. They provided me with a shipping label to send it back and sent me a new cube as a warranty replacement. All in all, I was without a cube for my chili pad for about a week and a half. I’m extremely unhappy with this considering system is about 4 months old and very expensive. I shouldn’t have to be without it at all. I received the replacement cube earlier in the week and it also does not circulate the water needed for temperature control. I’m extremely frustrated with this situation, as I now need to wait for sleep.me to get back with me again to address this issue. This system is way too expensive and way too new to be operating this poorly. There are several other systems that are available now that offer similar temperature regulation that I would encourage you to try. I will be purchasing one of those as my next system unless the quality of chili pads improves. Going through 4 chili cubes in 2 years isn’t acceptable. Edit: 2/9: Both of our chilicubes stopped working again. We received replacements but one does not work. 13 days after requesting help, I still do not have a working chili cube. Video is of the replacement and the sounds it’s making instead of cooling and heating the water.

Absolutely amazing. Transformed the way I sleep as a heavier individual that gives off a lot of heat.

I don’t write reviews. Not because I don’t like them, but because I’m lazy. I spent the money very apprehensively on this product. I read all the reviews, compared similar products ect. I am a pilot and my sleep schedule changes all the time. I have trouble with sleep period. I recently purchased a new three thousand dollar “cooling” mattress to help. It didn’t. The chilli pad however has been a game changer. I tend to sleep hot, and having a cooling memory foam mattress didn’t help one bit. This product let me sleep through the night for the first time in a long, long while. I cringed when I first bought it, now I regret not getting it a long time ago. My wife is also sleeping much better. We have and run the A\C every night, it didn’t help. I’d be cold outside the covers and hot under them. This is perfect. The noise is that of a fan. If that bothers you, it’ll be an issue. For us, we love fan sounds so it added to our bedroom fan symphony. I have wasted a lot of good money in my life. I am the master of impulse buying. This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I literally bought sleep, and that’s a special thing. I will say my central heat/air stays set to about 68ish at night. I leave my chilli pad on 70, and I went from waking up sweating, to not waking up until my alarm goes off. I was in a bad place when I got this thing. I couldn’t sleep, now I sleep like a little princess.

We've been using the ChilliPad for around 3 months now. The temperature control is great and the dual zone setup allowing one side to be refrigerator cool while the other side is sauna hot is especially nice for couples that have differing bed temperature requirements. Where it falls short for us are the following areas: * it's pretty noisy -- you do get used to this after a while, but it seems like they could make this quieter. Also it seems that the cooling mode is substantially noisier than the warming mode * it has a tiny reservoir for water and needs to be refilled regularly (at least weekly) but you can only put a few drops in to refill it. Seems like it would be well served by having a larger reservoir to deal with this. * it did not come with batteries or a starting water sample -- seems like a $1,000+ item should come with enough supplies to get one started (how much would have adding a quart of distilled water and two AA batteries really cost?). While I have a few complaints about it, we are keeping it because the temperature control outweighs the other factors.

This product has recently started to rattle loudly within 2 months of owning it. When it works, it works well. However when starting the machine or even in the middle of the night, it will emit a loud rattling sound shown in the video. It often prevents me from sleeping or wakes me up. For a product this expensive, these issues two months in is really disappointing.
