By far our favorite rib rub!

This one has all natural ingredients and we love the flavors. It's really great for BBQ wings, I dry off the wings, add 4 teaspoons of Rib rub to 4 teaspoons of baking powder ( no aluminum) mix together and then coat each wing. 350° 25 minutes, turn and 25 minutes on the other side... delicious!

Normally fix our ribs with rub, then leave rubbed ribs in fridge for overnight or up to 36 hours, then after bbqing, douse with sauce if we are in the mood. Accordingly, we like the rub to carry The ribs by itself without overwhelming. Think this rub does that in a nice middle of the road way. Previously relied on Rufus Teague, but this costs a lot less money.
