I've had these for two days and I'm obsessed! The price is so good. For reference, I am a 28C and got the XS size. they fit well in my athletic tops and give me a perfect lift! I can't wait to try them in my bikini tops. They are 100% SO STICKY and SWEAT PROOF!! They stayed on through a 45 minute walk in 95° Texas heat and through high intensity weight lifting. They hold up so well. They're actually so sticky that they're a little painful to take off. I do have sensitive skin and boobs though. Even after getting them sweaty, they stay on just as well, they just have sweat beads in them. The package came with a sweet handwritten note and instruction manual. I highly recommend them and supporting small women owned businesses!

The outside is starting to separate from the inside after wearing these for 6 weeks. So buy multiples if you plan on wearing these daily. I do love the lift and stickiness - just wish they would last at least 3 months. They don't you'll end up with wrinkles which you can see through any tight shirt. Too bad.

For reference I am an A cup (barely), I can also pass for a AA cup. So considering that I don’t have much to “scoop” up and lift, I did struggle a bit to put it on correctly. After a few trial and error, I got it and my skin wasn’t irritated after the amount of times I took it off. I like the quality and the support it gave me. It is very sticky but not to the point where it hurts to take off. The material feels nice and thick and it is worth buying to try out at least once. I didn’t give it 5 stars simply because I don’t know if it is water/sweat proof yet.

Would give 0 stars if I could, these were insanely thick which definitely makes you look massive, which isnt necessarily a good thing. They also would not stay stuck to my skin, wore them with my wedding dress on my wedding day and struggled the entire day readjusting my bust. Such a waste of money. If I hadn't worn them I'd return them and get my money back! Countless photos of my bust with a gap because of these inserts coming unstuck. My poor photographer has her work cut out for her retouching my photos. I also had many moments of feeling self conscious that I was going to have a nip slip or that the insert was showing due to the gap every movement I made.
