I've been a product developer for 25+ years. This product is AWESOME. Extremely well thought-out. Comes apart (for cleaning) and comes together very easily. Extremely high-quality components. It works really well. Very easy to clean. Handles everything I've put into it so far. Whole ginger. Beets. Lemons.... This is an excellent product - highly recommend.

It’s wonderful. It’s easy to put together and easy to use. You can even wash it in the dishwasher. It’s a lot easier to clean then other juicers I have owned. That is why I got a new one. I like making kale tonic with it.

I upgraded from a cheapo juicer I got on Amazon and this is supremely better. I made carrot juice the other day out of the cheapo juicer and the excess pulp it released was quite wet/damp. Whereas when I was done making another batch of carrot juice from the same amount of carrots, the excess pulp was nearly dry! What does that tell you? More juice was squeezed out! That is awesome. One downside to this is that it is slower, but it is more powerful. It is taking a while because it is squeezing out as much juice as it can so taking longer is not necessarily a bad thing. The reason I am taking away a star is that I am missing a piece. According to the manual included (since this is renewed, the "manual" was a photocopy of the real manual. Which I don't hate, but actually grateful to have) said there are 3 different types of strainers. A gray one, a black one, and an orange one. The orange lets out the most pulp, the black lets out next to no pulp, and the gray lets out just a little bit of pulp. I am missing the gray one in my renewed package. Besides that, as far as the condition of this being renewed, it is quite exquisite. There was quite a bit of clear plastic to protect the plastic from scratching in transit and not too many visible scratches from previous use. Everything else seems to be here and works well right out of the box. The spout of the juicer, where you insert the fruit, is on the small side for my taste. For visual comparison, my cheapo juicer can handle a half an a grannysmith apple in it. Whereas I had to cut the grannysmith apple into eighths for each slice to fit. I also had 1 carrot that was too thick and had to cut it into fourths to fit. I am quite disappointed on that side of things. I would have preferred a larger opening to accept bigger pieces of fruit. Cleaning was definitely much easier than my cheapo juicer. I loathed cleaning it which is why I never used it. But this one has about the same amount of parts, but is much easier to put together and take apart and clean, much less crevices to clean. Though the filter for the pulp was a bit more difficult to clean because it's much smaller. I ran through an entire 5 pound bag of carrots, 4 grannysmith apples, and 1 lemon before this juicer finally called it quits due to too much and needed to have the excess pulp cleaned. There was a piece, the grinder, that was quite hot to the touch, which should be noted. It was evident on first touch and didn't burn me, but would have been nice to be aware. Also the slot where it goes into was also noticeably hot to the touch as well. The price feels a bit high, but that is usual with Ninja products, so nothing to really be surprised over, but I am glad to go with renewed for the same great use for a lower price. The noise level was not too loud. I could hear music playing on my Amazon Echo Plus speaker at a decent volume and is quieter than my cheapo juicer, especially when handling thicker items that are taking more power. I think this is due to the grinder versus using another kind of mechanism which helps a lot here in both efficiency and in keeping the noise down since its just a slow moving grinder that eventually breaks down and squeezes all the juice out. The size is also quite nice. It is much smaller than some other juicers of the same kind while still putting out a decent amount of power. So far, I am really enjoying this juicer and would recommend to others. Looking forward to more juicing soon!

I am very satisfied with my Ninja juicer. Assembly and disassembly is intuitive; a twist is all it takes. I like that the noise level is low, I was able to keep a conversation going while running the juicer and I can control the amount of pulp Cleaning is easy, the parts come off with a twist. The only challenge I found was cleaning the pulp filter, the fivers got stuck on it and required more work to remove everything.
