A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in light contact & non-contact sports. It supports & protects your balls from shifting motion & torsion in sports better than underwear, compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, drier. No leg-straps = won't squeeze or chafe & the opening allows a quick pee between sports or workouts. Worn under shorts in basketball, volleyball, weights, rugby, soccer, cycling, spinning, running, track & field, golf & all racquet sports. Sits best if sports jersey or gym shirt is worn outside shorts. Worn under gear in baseball (except by catcher - wear a traditional jock+cup instead), street & pro-skateboarding, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing & snowboarding. Adjustable waist. Trim-off: excess length & small flap, as not needed. A Tonus jock is sized by pouch. Small = best fit for most teens & adults. Medium = if you're a bit above average. Large/Extra-large = if well above average, or for recovery after vasectomy. MEN'S SPORTS GEAR: Use a Fitbit watch to track fitness. UA Men's Tech Graphic Shorts, Brokig Lightweight shorts, or Tacvasen cargo hiking shorts. Manscaped's version 5.0 shaver is popular with athletes to keep chest clean-shaven & groin shaved or at least well-trimmed for hygiene, sports comfort. Wear a traditional jock+cup in hockey, football, MMA, boxing, lacrosse, but wear a Tonus Elast jock in light-contact & non-contact sports. Comfortable in demanding physical work, sports, or even to sleep. Machine-wash socks & jocks in warm water in a small mesh laundry bag with zipper. Softens with 1st wash. Air-dry. If active in sports, keep a couple extra gym shirts, socks & jocks in your locker.
