Great starter to acrylic markers, when using have found them easy to use and a nice silky feel with the brush tip. Came with colour swatch sheet and some pictures and black card which was presented in a tidy envelope 1 star lost as the one sheet for swatching was printed on the wrong way round, so has to stick the dots with glue instead. When the time comes would probably buy again as brilliant price for what you get

I don’t usually write reviews ever but I spent a while trying to find some acrylic markers that weren’t crazy expensive and had plenty of colors as I’m not serious about art or painting but wanted to try them so I thought I’d try to help someone else if they were also having this issue. I got the 48 pack for £24.99 and it has a pretty good range of colors for the price. Only thing Is that there are so many metallic pens ??? I’ve been doing art for years and whole heartedly believe I’ve never once used a metallic pen for a piece. Not to mention there are far more metallic pens in here than I thought was even possible. If you like metallic pens or are using these for some kind of rock painting or calligraphy I suppose this would be a bonus but for everyday art use I highly doubt most of them will get used. As for the colors , there is a decent range as shown in my swatch of the various colours, however sometimes the fine end and the brush end are vividly different colours which could cause issues. There is a black and white and grey along with a beige sort of color. And there is unfortunately only one red which seems to be a problem with a lot of the sets I had seen. Then I tested the functionality of it on paper which is actually a painting sketchbook I’ve had for a while so in theory it should be perfect. The colors are very vivid so layering works pretty well however with similar colors/hues I found that it seeped into the other color and often needed a go over a few times. This would be fine except it was pulling up the paper after 2-3 strokes, so I would recommend getting some heavy duty acrylic paper or use it on a canvas. I was interested as to if the white pen would be able to go over the colors and provide a highlight which it did, but you definitely need to go over it a few times for a bolder color. The black is very pigmented and goes over every color no problem. The colors DO NOT BLEND I tried a few different ways and each time ended up ripping up paper and just going back and forth over each color, it would be wise to pump the markers or use a paint brush to try and blend them if that is what you are going for. They do dry pretty quick but you will have to sit and wait between layers as I ended up smudging them a lot. The white and other colors do go over the black well for layering purposes but once again lighter colors will need a few goes over and that causes ripping. I can’t state on the durability because I haven’t given them long time use but at face value I didn’t have to shake them much and they were very easy to glide across the paper and provide a lot of pigment. I’d say these are good for color by number, coloring pages, rock/plastic/wood etc. painting and basic painting/drawing which I will be using it for as a chronic graphite pencil and colored pencil artist lol. If you want these solely for the drawing aspect I’d recommend splashing out for the branded better quality ones over these. Overall I reckon these are good for kids and people who like to color in pages as a hobby, but not for solely artistic/painting use.

Feutres acryliques, belles couleurs, très agréables, joli rendu. Je colorie habituellement avec des crayons fabercastle. Je suis agréablement surprise par ces feutres de bonne qualité. Prêts à l emploi, sèchent vite. Quelques coloris en plus auraient été top. 15 couleurs métalliques dans cette boîte livrée rapidement. 1 mine très douce + une pointe fine un peu plus dure.

Love these paint markers. Works great on wood and glass as well. I recommend buying this to add to your art room.
