Expensive but worth it. I distill my water and I had an allergic reaction to the fulvic acid most people use to re-mineralise. This Kiki health ionic electrolytes mix is such good quality, I absolutely love it- best water ever!

Have always used products by this company and found them without unnecessary additives, and using naturally sourced ingredients. Since the ionic form mixes easily with water or juice taste does not have to be an issue and is a perfect solution for someone who dislikes or cannot swallow pills. We all need mineral supplementation these days and this highly reputable company delivers the goods.

I use after illness or when I have felt weak or that I need a boost. If I take too regularly I feel like I can smell a metal odour from my skin! Apparently it’s a thing! I did a lot of research and think these are the best for the price point. I don’t feel they have any taste.

I tried this and unfortunately, I couldn't actually tell if it did anything. I noticed no obvious results from it and although it is extremely well packaged, tastes fine and is unflavored, given the cost and the fact that I couldn't tell any difference, I won't be reordering. I do trust the brand and have used other supplements from them as they are extremely high quality but this is not something I need again.
