Worked great for my son’s 40 lb bag. We didn’t need to weight down the front and it is very sturdy. Easy to put together! It is big and it does have a big footprint so make sure the area you choose to put it in can fit it comfortably with room around it. My son is very happy with this and has used it very consistently for the last couple of weeks with no issues!

Super duper stoked about this. This year this thing is going help me lose some of this Dad weight.

Arrived with some paint scratches. Assembly took half an hour alone. I needed a wrench and better hex tools in order to tighten well. With some use, the nuts come loose within days, so have tools ready to tighten after a week's use. The weight is too low to support any decent punches with a heavy bag installed. I placed several 50 pound sand bags on each end point for added stability and it helped. Due to low price, I will keep this but it is mid in every way...not bad, not great.

We originally had our heavy bag mounted to our basement ceiling joists. It would make the floor above it shake and the bag would swing terribly which resulted in it not being used much. We decided to get a stand for the bag instead. This arrived quickly. Was simple to assemble. We can now hit our bag without it shaking the house. The bag does not swing nearly like it did when mounted to the ceiling. We were prepared to get weights to help hold the rack in place however so far it is sturdy as is and no weights are needed. The rack is well built, very solid and looks great in our gym. It fits perfectly in the corner. Well worth the price!

Perfect for punching bag. Huge, strong, durable

It holds my 50lbs bag well. Shipping had no problems. My husband put it together, I believe he had to use a few extra tools to tighten the bolts. So if you are a handy person or know someone who is, they can easily figure it out. It does shake when I'm punching it, so I will put some weights on the legs to make it stable.

Stand comes with the Allen wrench but you are going to need the other tool stated in the instructions The nuts only hand screw on so far which makes it appear to be that the threads are not aligned but actually this is where the tool is needed and some strength (Girl Power) spent a total of an hour or so over 2 days to tighten with minimal shaking. I had to put my foot on the Allen wrench and tighten the nut. Idk heavy might be 100 lbs or more. Doesn’t really need weights but added a pair of 2.5 leg weights and a 5 lb ball at the back!!!
