This product says that it doesn’t support audio transfer or Apple CarPlay, but I can assure you that it does. I have a Pioneer double din head unit in my car with a usb to lightning cord running from the back. I use it to connect my mobile phone for Apple CarPlay, and to play my music from my iphone. I just recently upgraded my iPhone from a XS Max to a 16 Pro Max, which now has a usb-c connection. This product converts the lightning connector to the usb-c connection and allows me to continue to transfer my music and display Apple CarPlay. Everything works as before. Great product.

I was skeptical about these but was pleasantly surprised. These work really well and a better option than replacing all of our lightning cables.

I can’t speak for those who’ve had some bad experiences with these, but for me, so far so good. The tiny manual that comes in the zip like bag says CarPlay won’t work, but I tried it on my “Pioneer DMH-2660NEX“ head unit, and charging plus Apple CarPlay work just fine. Will be ordering more of these as back ups in case I’m somewhere, need a charging cable, and all someone has is a lightning to “USB-A, or lightning to USB-C” cable on them to use.

High-quality and great for use for Lighting chargers when you need USB-C. However, I marked this down 1 star because it does not convert Lighting headphones for use in the USB-C port. iOS does not recognize the headphones (Apple wired headphones) when trying to plug these in. Still, very good product and I love that the string can be attached to the Lighting cable so it's always there for use.

Works great converting lighting to USB for phones, although I found it doesn’t work with all USB devices. USB-C supports 5, 9, 15 and 20v? The adapter works with every 5v I tried but doesn’t work with the 15v my laptop requires. My guess is that the lightning cable does not have the wiring needed for that. I also appreciate the little “strap” on each one that you can use to tie it to the cable, so you don’t lose it and they stay together!

Makes great use of the collection of cords I have for various devices. Perfect fit and a clasp to keep it close by when not needed.

Works fine; I can’t tell but I don’t think it’s charging as fast as a straight USB-C cable. But it does allow me to still use some of my old Lightning to USB cables so it’s worth it to be able to use the old cables as spares instead of adding to the electronic trash piles!

I have a lot of cables for my phone and got a surprise upgraded phone so I just bought these adapters to use until my cables actually wear out.

These adapters are great. I switched from iphone 12 pr max to iphone 15 pro max. The charging port was different from iph 12 to 15. I have 3 6 ft long cords already, so these adapters connect great to charge the new phone. Saved me from purchasing new charging cables. Very cost effective. Also, it was cheaper the buy the 4 pack, than it was to purchase a single adapter. Cost savings too ordering on prime/black Friday. Yay!!

Works well. Helps to prevent good cables to be replaced. As Apple is moving away from lightning cables, we will be using many of these in future. Quality is great.
