Made with sturdy zippers, lock, straps, handles, pockets and glides like a dream on pile and sculptured carpet. Also tile. Havent taken it on pavement yet, however others have in comments and said it was fine. I love the extra train case for toiletries, makeup, medicines, etc. It has an attachable strap that is high quality. One can either attach case to the carry-on or detach and use it as your personal item. Plenty of room in it. There is a pocket in the carry-on that's insulated to slip some snacks or small meals, etc to keep cold. Also a nice padded laptop pocket and one for a tablet. Along with pockets for cables and extra battery packs or whatever one needs. Paperwork, etc . Also has an outer C-port for charging your phone, etc. (battery not included). You won't regret this purchase. I got the grey one and it is stylish. Plus my significant other can borrow it since it isn't pink! 😊

I really liked the 20-inch size and the top laptop compartment, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, during air travel I had to check in the carry-on, and it got dented after the flight. That was disappointing, as I expected it to handle normal airline handling better. Good design, but durability could be improved.

Positive: 1. The case was purchased due to its light weight of 5 lbs. 2. The bag holds 14 days of clothes. A lot of interior space. Negative: When I carried the bag onto the plane, there was now wear to outside of the case. However when the bag was checked, the exterior of this case did not stand up to the baggage handlers. The bag now has all kinds of scuff marks on the exterior. After 2 trips the bag looks like I traveled with it for the last 25 years. It looks old already! Summary: I would have returned the bag except my 2 trips were made after the last date the bag could be returned. It seems I’m stuck with this purchase since the latest date the bag could be returned was 8/11. Trips taken last month was after that date. It leaves me sad. This bag will be donated to GOODWILL.
