Great quality .

This is stamped steel! Still well-made and pretty thick. We wanted cast but the cost is high. This sounded too good to be true....it was! But, we are keeping it! We had our old one for 20-plus years before it became so rusted out we couldn't trust not burning the neighborhood down. This is good-looking and even thicker than our old one. For the price...BUY IT!

Really impressed by the quality of this thing! Looks great and is super solid. I’m currently using it as a table until the weather gets cold. Some highlights: Quality - I'm truly impressed with the workmanship. No rough edges or flaws, just a high quality fire pit. Attractive lid - The lid is really neat! At first, I thought the slats were wood, but upon closer inspection, it looks like patio decking material, which should be very durable. Sturdy - It's thick and has an extremely solid, heavy build. Size - The larger version was too big for us, so we went ahead with the smaller one and it’s just perfect. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a top quality outdoor fire pit and table. This one seems like it'll last me many years to come!

I haven’t tried it yet to see how it works but it certainly is very low to the ground. If it works well I’ll forgive that.
