Product Description

Directions
Ensure your pet is held securely and carefully hold the foot so as to extend the claws; cut carefully to ensure that only the tip of the claw is removed, do not cut into the quick, or blood vessel, of the claw. Ensure clippers are a suitable size for your pet and for you to use.

It's useless, gap in both arms mean that it doesn't ...
It's useless, gap in both arms mean that it doesn't cut properly and pulls rather than cut. I would not recommend this at all. Returned for refund, only excuse could be that it's one off faulty item. But I did not want to waste time to have a replacement and risk again :(

Really good quality, well made
Really good quality, well made, item, and feel very safe to use on a squirming cat. The cut is clean and the blades come together well so that there is little risk of slipping on the nail.
