I can understand how Starlink would want you to use only original cables, (and accessories) but, this cable worked just fine! Had to lend my Starlink to a friend whose internet was unavailable during his scheduled business activity. Did not want to remove my cable which has been run through some areas difficult to pull and re-run. This one worked right out of the box with no speed issues, no issues at all. Cable is of good quality, probably SLIGHTLY lighter than original but fine. After seeing that the shipper has protective rubber ends on the connections when sent, I begin to suspect that some other reviewers did not notice this and tried to use it with the rubber covers on, perhaps...as there really is nothing to go wrong with a cable if treated properly. This is only a hypothesis however, but seems likely and logical. Good Cable. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I lost connection to my star link in the middle of the night, I tried restarting everything to no avail. I decided that it might be the cable that came with it and had only been in use for about 6 months. Nowhere around me sold the cable and needed internet as soon as possible. This was the only cable that had overnight shipping and even had a coupon. It came in the next day, I hooked it up, and connected back to the internet right away. No issues so far, but it has been just over a month.

I have had Starlink for just under a year now. So far, I have had two cable failures of the cable that runs from the router to the dish. After contacting customer support at Starlink, they said it was most likely the cable again, but they didn't have one available to send me. I wasn't about to be without internet for a month or more, so I searched Amazon and found this one. It arrived two days after I ordered it, and it works perfectly. I hope the longevity is better than the Starlink cable, but time will tell. I'm going to order a second one as a spare. Thanks Amazon and Klutchtech!

cable was "OK" when we first installed it but now 4 months later connection has turned to garbage. Connection drops several times per minute. especially bad as the temperature drops. so in june when it was warm all day long the cable produced about 50% the performance of the original but it was usable. as of the last few weeks that has dropped to about 10%. i had to go ahead and order another directly from starlink. DO NOT waste the money on this. its very very very unrealiable.

Nice cable, and it's straight from Starlink, not a copy. I had a lot left over and coiled. It didn't interfere with speed of being coiled.

It arrived on time, had really nice end caps on the connectors and a velcro strap to keep the cable in a nice bundle. I never had to use it because my problem ended up being the router and not the cord so I sent it back. But it looked just like a starlink cord and had the proper connectors.

Love the fact that it comes with protectors for the cable ends.

So far so good. Been using the cable at multiple campsites and at home and doing well. Like that is comes with a better cap cover for when I remove the cable from my Gen 2 Starlink dish.

Bought this for the length of the cable, as the supplied original is too long in a Motorhome. The connections on paper looked identical to the original cable and I was not disappointed when is arrived. Very satisfied with this product.
