Bought this to make home made modelling chocolate - not only is it immensely food value for money, but the consistency is perfect for the recipe I have, and the modelling chocolate has come out better than with any other corn syrup I've used to date, including a much better known, expensive brand. Highly recommended.

I used it for a maple peacan pie. Everything turned out great so I can definitely recommend it

Using Karo brand syrup for a while, making fudges, sweets etc. But shock, during the pandemic the price went up to a silly price. An alternative I decided to seek, people say you can use golden syrup but the flavour tends to seep into what I'm making. This isn't a bad thing for certain flavours but not what I was after. I decided to take a punt with this, recurved an answer more or less saying it's the same a Karo just a little runnier. And they're right, it does exactly what you expect from corn syrup. And it's not too bad a price and with prime it came quickly. Just in time for me to get diabetes from my home made fudge since I can't really sell it at the moment 😋👍🏻😷

I use it for nougat and it is very thin, liquid. The gloucose I use normally it is way thicker, let's senif my paste will get hard. Not very difficult to use the massive bottle.
