I bought a large quantity of mini muffins last year from a bakery for an annual event I host. Even with the donated discount, I still had to pay quite a bit, so I decided to make my own. Using boxed muffin mix and these nice trays, I've been able to make the same amount of muffins as last year for about 25% of the cost. Making them ahead of time, I've boxed them up, put 3 trays in a food saver bag and vacuum sealed them before putting them in the freezer. They will be fresh and delicious, ready to go in September.

I use these containers to pack mini pies and cookies I make for sales at farmers markets. I can't find any locally so I buy them here. They work very well for what I put in them and my customers love them.

I loved that this product made transporting the cupcakes so much more easier.

I like that they held a dozen cupcakes but would have preferred spacer supports within the base. I would purchase them again.
