Try something else.
Chocholate worked okay, white was a nightmare. Clumped, hardened, I made a big mess of a dish I had to carry somewhere and was embarrassed.

Tasted fine, had trouble melting white
I planned to make chocolate dipped pretzles with a nice dark chocolate and use this duo pack to make different colored drizzles on top. If you take a look at the picture I shared.... it did not go as planned. I grew up with this brand as THE brand to dip strawberries. I know them and trusted it. We started with the white and when that failed, we had to abandon ship. The white coating started to brown (burn) and got a strange crumbly texture. We tried a separate second batch in a glass dish using shorter intervals and the same thing happened. Disappointing! I double checked the dates and nothing was expired or questionable. Perhaps my microwave runs hot. I have not used this type of coating in this current microwave, so I can't say, but it was not the result I was expecting. I did munch on a few of the non-melted pieces separately. They tasted as expected. Disappointing to say the least, but I don't think it's supplier-related.
