Absolutely works! I dropped my phone in the dumbest way after jogging a 5k. I was sitting at a picnic table with my legs pointing away from the table. Phone was on my lap and when I bent down to adjust the cuffs on my pants, the phone fell right off my lap and landed face (screen) down right into the rocks used to make the surface of the picnic area. Sure enough, I picked up the phone and the protective screen was cracked, but only the protective screen was cracked, NO problems with the phone’s screen, FULL trade-in value received, no issues whatsoever! I always buy this protective screen BEFORE opening a new iPhone out of its box because it’s so much easier to start with a perfectly clean screen. This kit comes with everything you need if you need to clean the screen first, which you should do anyway, but just remember that any little piece of lint, dust, hair, or anything will cause headaches when applying the screen protector. That always makes installation a challenge no matter what screen protector you are applying. I care more that the product actually works, fits perfectly, and it really does protect the screen, which is big money when you consider the trade in value of a screen that is in perfect condition versus a cracked screen, or even just the cost of repairing a screen. It’s a no brainer to just protect the screen, even though costs of screen protectors have skyrocketed compared to many years ago. This one comes with everything needed to install it, but you have to do the work to ensure no dust, dirt, lint, hair, etc. before installing it. Up to you to remove all air bubbles as well. Follow the instructions exactly and you should not have any issues, it is possible!

I’ve always used this brand’s screen protector on all of my iPhones. It does a great job of preserving the phone’s actual glass screen. On the other hand, it cracked on 1st drop, but the phone’s screen survived without damage. So win some, loose some. Your mileage may vary.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this screen protector. Wanna know why? Because the last one I ordered shattered. Yup, it shattered. But guess what? It shattered because I dropped my phone from a step ladder onto a concrete patio. I’m darn glad this screen protector took the beating, otherwise my iPhone would have been shattered. Easy to mount kit allows you to clean the screen, align the protector, mount it and remove bubbles — all in a few minutes. Love love love Otterbox products

Otterbox previously had Corning glass with a great installation fixture. Now Otterbox glass is made in China, with poor quality, and not-so-great installation. The installation is tolerable, but rather difficult to keep the glass straight to the phone. The fit is horrible, with *all* edges not adhering. Warranty? Don't even think about it. They claim a good warranty, but to exercise it, you must contact them by phone. (Leave a screen message and receive an email telling you to call.) I've called 3 times. First time, I was 21st in line. Sadly, I couldn't wait 10 hours or more. No call-back option. On the 2nd and 3rd try, I couldn't get past the phone robot. Gave up. Thus, a good printed warranty that is impossible to exercise. Bottom line, I love Otterbox iphone cases, and have used them for many years, and will continue to do so. I previously loved their protective glass, but now they are on my "do not buy" list.

I find this product the best you can get especially for a child who is particularly rough with electronics

I absolutely love otter box. It’s always amazing quality, and looks seamless. I did give it 4 stars due to the fact the first time I ordered, it came missing nearly every party, and the parts that did come were broken. I re-ordered and it came perfectly fine this time. It’s kinda pricey, but the warranty makes it worth it! Protects the screen great and I love the privacy feature. I will say the “ easy application “ isn’t any easier than doing it yourself, and there are bubbles after but they are easy to remove by lifting the screen again.

The quality of this item is so amazing. It has truly been a lifesaver. My phone literally flew off of a rollercoaster and it came back with no cracks. The application was incredibly easy and it fit my phone perfectly. I would 100% buy again.

Works great

This screen saved my phone when I tripped up and my phone went flying! Afterwards, the protective screen had a hairline crack (hardly noticeable), but my phone screen remained intact. Great product!

Easy no stress application

The applicator this screen protector comes with is terrible. It fell apart as I was putting the screen protector on. The screen protector is also too small for the screen.

Maar missie mislukt: waardeloze gammele applicator waardoor het glas toch niet in het midden zat en bovendien met luchtbelletjes die ik niet wegkreeg. En dan is het glaasje blijkbaar statisch geladen, want met een haartje tussen het glas en het scherm kon ik de heleboel weggooien.
