I know Amazon has alot of different derma rollers you can find, some even cheaper but this one is really good. Alot of derma rollers tend to have blade discs or stamped blades, this one has individual needles. Why does this matter? Well because it won't create drag or microcuts, it'll create punctures which is much safer for the skin. It also won't dull as much either. Plus, the 200 needles is actually alot safer than using highly dense derma rollers. I personally bought the 0.5mm one, it's good for mild collagen stimulation for the face and I'm honestly happy they offer different sizes. The majority tend to be a bit lower or way too high for at home use.

I purchased this derma roller to use on my scalp to help rejuvenate hair follicles, as I have thinning on the sides. I use it with hair oil three times a week, and after about 4 months, I’ve started noticing real hair growth! It’s not a miracle tool, but with consistent commitment to a regular routine, you will see a difference. It takes time, but it’s absolutely worth it. You can also use this tool on your face, just be sure to get the correct dermal size and be gentle and patient. The roller itself is very well made, the dermal blades are high quality, and it comes with clear instructions and a nice case. Highly recommend!

This set of needles actually holds up pretty well. Now, maybe I bought the wrong needle size before (and it was also a different brand), but these 0.75mm ones were pretty nice; not as thick. Even when I press down hard, I only get minor bleeding as most (spot bleeding that's almost not-visible once I wash my face). If I wanted a smaller size or even the same size (if my needles should ever warp [hopefully not]), I'll definitely consider this brand again. Good quality for the price. I should probably warn others though that if you're not used to microneedling, start slow and lightly. I remember my first set of needles was not comfortable (and I was probably using 0.5mm too). Tolerance needs to be built.

This is a very useful device to help restore or maintain hair that is thinning. Recommend you examine the different sizes but the tool functions very well and has a great price point.

Very high quality, came in perfect condition and the included case is perfect and holds the roller tightly. .5mm feels more like a peppermint oil tingle and isn't painful in the slightest. I'm noticing a bit more density in my beard already so it's doing what I wanted effectively and is super easy to use, it takes like 30 seconds to cover the whole area.

Definitely needles Easy to clean Came with a case. Perfect range of needle size to choose from. Using on my scalp it is painful for me. But everyone's pain level varies. Will purchase again.

The product works well, however the head cant be traded out so the whole thing needs to be trashed after its worn down.

El producto es bueno. No encontré el tipo de material de las agujas pero si es lo que espere. Esta muy filoso. Le doy 4 estrellas por que parecía mas grande y esta pequeñito y no encontré el tipo de material a lo mejor me perdí la info. Si recomiendo comprar con él por que es lo que decía. Si son agujas. Compre el de 4mm.
