Can't use
Epic fail. Have tried with 2 different chip providers you have to change a apn. that you have no way to change on device the instructions are non existence in nature doest tell you how to change just might need to do. And you do. So no way to use device as intended. Also no way to contact maker to find out how to change the APN. Had to give up and get from AT&T at much higher price so will not keep that very long.
