Amazing product
I have been an apple user for almost 20 years however I have been extremely surprised and pleased with this android phone from Blackview. It is an extremely good looking phone. The colours are bright and the pictures are of great quality. It was easy to set up, very consumer friendly! I got this for my son who is 13 years of age and he is over the moon. I have been so pleased that I am considering purchasing the same phone again. For the price it is probably the best deal I have come across. It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. All in all I would give this phone a 10 out of 10. Also the communication from the company has been brilliant as I had a few questions for them regards the promotion of the free headset. Really impressed

Good for the price
Took longer to set up than expected. I don't use it much and have needed to charge it already (in less than a week). No fingerprint option and doesn't support Yahoo mail which is disappointing

Great Value Smartphone
Phone works well and lasts a long time on a full charge Had a probem with the phone after 6 months, but this was quickly rectified by the support team . Really good support for a inexpensive phone.

Excellent all round.
This has got to be the best phone I've ever bought. I got it for my wife and she loves it. I will probably be buying one for myself soon. It's great value for a phone of this quality as similar phones could be 3 or 4 times the price I paid for this phone.

Superb Customer Service
Purchased the phone for my 10yr old grandson. Great phone for the money but after 2 months it developed a fault. Zoey in Customer Services responded very quickly and after trying all the usual things the phone fault couldn't be cured and was returned. A replacement was received within a couple of days and is working fine. Special thanks to Zoey for being very helpful resolving this.

SUITABILITY OF MOBILE PHONES TO CUSTOMERS' NEEDS
The service from Amazon has been very prompt & amazingly smooth. The product, unfortunately, didn't work for my needs but over several email communications, Amazon, through Blackview have managed to secure a really good process of sorting this out and a full refund of the goods to me. I would recommend the Blackview phone to younger people who are more up to date with these types of phones but for me, it doesn't fit my needs.
