My husband has been traveling for work during the week, so I got used to sleeping without his snoring (which I had previously been able to ignore because I was used to it). Now when he’s home, his snoring really disturbs my sleep. I bought these. They are super cheap, but resemble the Loop earplugs. The Loop earplugs are much more expensive. I have both products. The benefit of these is the entire body is silicone and soft. They are so comfortable for sleeping. They also do not have the channel to allow some sound into your ears. This makes them more difficult to use when I’m awake in a noisy environment where I just want the volume decreased. But it’s an advantage where I want quiet, even they don’t block absolutely everything. I can still hear big noises, which is good, but I can barely, if at all, hear the snoring. Comfortable all night. No sore ears in the morning. Highly recommended. If you’re someone bothered by the a/c turning on and off at night, cars driving by, cats meowing, and other people staying awake later than you, then these are for you.

It blocks out noise at a decent level, but it's uncomfortable if you sleep on your side

I love the fact that these are so easy to put on once you figure out which silicone plug fits your ear. They don't go in the ear canal like all the foam ones I've tried. The little loop handle is so helpful. The silicone creates a seal with your body heat and they stay in all night. They block out sounds really well but allow you to hear some sounds in case of emergencies!! I have gifted these to several times to anyone who has trouble sleeping 😴!! Enjoy!

These are great for helping you to calm down and get to sleep at night. I don't know if other moms go through this but I go through sensory overload around 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. I pop these in and am able to function until putting my kids to sleep. Please do not fall out of your ear in the middle of the night and they did not press on the inner parts of your ear create that tension. I would recommend
