I’ve been taking creatine for years, and my biggest hang-up has always been powders. Even the “good” ones don’t dissolve well, or if they do, you have to drink them immediately or they settle at the bottom, which makes it feel like you have to chug it. I’m someone who sips on a 40 oz water bottle all day, so that’s always been a mental barrier for me. These gummies completely solved that problem. They do have a very slight gritty texture on the outside from the coating (almost like a sour gummy), but it’s honestly not a downside, just something to note. The convenience more than makes up for it. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, no mixing, no timing stress, just easy and consistent. As a dietitian, I’m very particular about supplements and only use products that are NSF certified and third-party tested, and this one checks all the boxes. On top of that, the flavors are genuinely good. I’m really impressed with this product and will absolutely keep it in my daily routine.

Gummy’s have great flavor, it’s so much easier than taking creatine powder and a shaker bottle to the gym! I know creatine has a taste to it sometimes, but these Gummies honestly are very blue raspberry flavored!! I look forward to eating these after my lifts! Would definitely purchase again!

It’s actually not bad! I hate drinking the powdered creatine so this is a faster easier way to take it. The texture and flavor aren’t ideal- a little gritty but it’s yummy enough that I can convince my brain it’s a little candy treat. Excited to try other flavors! I’ve never tried a creatine gummy before but for the convenience and the fact that it tastes better than any creatine supplement I’ve taken before I give it 5 stars.

I'm becoming mildly obsessed with these Creatine gummies! So often supplement gummies taste terrible, but these are just the opposite - you actually want to keep eating them. I tried the Sour Peach and I think they taste a lot like sour patch kids only better. A few things I noticed when taking them, I think my recovery is much better after even hard workouts, I have more energy in the afternoons and I'm definitely sleeping better. I've recommended them to numerous friends and would definitely buy again.

Compared to other creatine gummies I have tried, these are much larger and they do have a bit of a powdery texture, but I would guess that is because they actually contain the advertised amount of creatine while some other gummies have little to none. They are a bit expensive, so I may switch back to power when my budget is tight, but if you can afford it the quality is worth the price and convenience of the gummies. I do notice improved strength and muscle definition when I am taking them consistently.

These are okay, if I could give a 3.5 I would. The creatine in these is solid, and if you want an alternative to powders, a gummie is the way. My issue with this brand is all the influencer marketing is very deceptive. Sour green apple tastes nothing like sour green apple, taste more like rubber. The peach flavor is far better, but neither are comparable to what’s being marketed. If you come in with low expectations you’ll be happy, if your expectations are high, you will be let down.

I take creatine every day but I love these gummies. They taste so good and it’s quick to take them and I don’t have to put a powder into my drink! Just wish the carb count wasn’t so high on them but overall really good and tasty!
