Très bien fait, semble solide mais en utilisant une porte de chambre ordinaire cela ne fonctionne pas car le poids est trop élevé (je pèse 135lbs).

Even though it is a bit hard for me to use as I am not that athletic and weigh 180Lb I love how fun it is to use. It is a permanent fixture in my home gym, but I can pack it up and take it with me when I travel, making it the perfect addition to a busy and compact lifestyle. Hanging upside down like a bat is one of my absolute favourite things to do, along with a full-range sit-up. Absolutely in love with it.

I received it promptly. I don’t expect it to be satiny material .. I’m not sure how durable or safe it will be to put much weight on it … it came without any paperwork so the straps have numbers on them but I have no idea what they mean. Are they for exercises or installation? I expected it to come with some info on exercises or stretches to do. Without instructions injuries can happen. Disappointed … will probably return it. Overall I’m left with a product

Not the best quality. It might work fine for a child due to being a lighter weight but I would trust the strength of this for an adult. It felt weak and like it might break and im 115 lbs.
