I had shoulder surgery and this was *the* most amazing for icing it. I was really skeptical but a friend of the family recommended it. User friendly and easy to assemble, youll love it too. Its long lasting and includes multiple time settings. Soooo helpful for recovery.

This our second machine. It is invaluable for a person that has a knee or hip replacement, or like our Daughter-in-Law, that just had a difficult Meniscus tear and repair surgery. It truly eases the pain. Our first one lasted more than 15 years. My husband had both knees replaced, and shoulder repair. He used the machine a lot. It was also shared around the neighbor hood for other people's recovery. Highly recommend it . It is totally worth the money.

I like the solid ice box. No leaks. You can use frozen water bottles to keep water cold and works great. The only issue is where the hoses hook into the circulated pad, its very weak and I have to tie a strap around her lower leg to keep the ice pad straight or it will cut off the water circulation. Needs better design there. Were used it 28 days so far and works as should.

This looks and seems like a great product. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK! The pump does not pump water. I assumed I just got a defective unit. I returned it to Amazon and ordered another one, exactly the same. I thought, "Surely THIS ONE will work!" When the second one arrived, I tested it immediately. IT ALSO did NOT work - the pump came on, but did not pump any water. I followed the "help" instructions on the internet, nothing worked since the pump runs, but pumps no water! I did not order a third one. By this time, I was frustrated and borrowed a friend's machine - a different brand --that WORKED.

This machine was my best friend while recovering from a knee replacement. It was great that you could set a timer and the machine would go off and on without having to constantly attend to the machine. It is very comfortable to use.

I wanted to LOVE this machine, but after trying it for two days I have to give up on it. I had my knee replaced two days ago and needed a cold therapy machine to keep the swelling down. I have struggled with the connection hoses every time I needed to hook them up. The hoses have leaked on me and the floor about 6 times so far in the two days I have tried to use it. If I wasn’t in so much pain, I could probably deal with this little machine, but as it is, I’m just going to spend a bit more and get a machine that does NOT have hose connectivity issues. I simply don’t have the strength to deal with this anymore. On the up side, when this little machine is NOT LEAKING at the hose connection, it does do a great job of icing down your knee. If you have the patience to deal with the connection problem, then go for it, because that’s the only bad thing I can say about this little guy. Update: This company needs to find a new vendor for the pad connection side because that’s what is causing all these machines to leak. I rented a machine because I had to return this one and am waiting on a Polar Ice machine to be delivered in a week. Anyway, the machine I rented did NOT come with the knee pad part. I was told to get that from my surgeon. After getting one from him and hooking it up to the rental, I can see that most of these pads are probably interchangeable. It’s ALSO the side that has the “O” rings on it. So all THIS company needs to do is swap out the pad on all their ice machines for a better quality one and they would have a great little product! There, I fixed it for you….

Great for what it is, compact, queit and light weight. Received mine lastnight and it was instantly cold, so cold that I could only keep on for 9 minutes. Bought for my rotator cuff/bicep surgery. Very hard to attach to shoulder to cover both bicep and encompass the entire shoulder. Overall still better than having to replace ice packs every 10 or 15 min. Will recommend using a thicker barrier than just a shirt.
